Eat. A lot. And in the meantime post some mirror pics in the thinspo threads on IST. They'll love you there.

      This.
Eat food, and lots of it. Obviously don't be Amberlynn Reid moronic about it and make sure the macros are balanced, but treat it like you get a cheat-ish day every day for a month.
If your appetite isn't there, find ways to increase it, trust me there's plenty.
Then once you have a bit more meat on you, EASE yourself into some exercise.

Vitamin D, sugar, salt, saturated fat, calcium.
Seriously, you have to reduce the stress hormones as much as possible and keep the metabolism up.

You should also start eating a bunch of spicy peppers to microdose on capsaicin, it'll help fight the cancer.

you need to stay a skeleton until the cancer is completely gone to starve it

Don't bulk or it WILL come back (encysted larva is still in your body).
If you still have parasites, STARVE yourself for as long as humanly (ghouly for you ahaa) possible to kill the very source of your cancer.
You can take antiparasites like febendazole for easy mode cancer killing if you want but baby Jesus cured cancer with fasting alone.
Also take care of the encysted larva, I don't remember what you needed for those though, do some digging in the archives.
      Cheers!

      This.

nvm i forgot how IST works. Eat plenty, don't think about it, lift to the best of your ability, and enjoy the fact that you're alive.

You have already made it in the biggest way by beating it 🙂

Eat lots of healthy food tracking your macros and lift. Enjoy life and don't worry too much about min maxing your hypertrophy until you get into the groove and slap on those noob/rebound gains

Eat, do bodyweight exercises to start, get some 5lb dumbbells and just spam basic lifts with them until it doesn't feel hard any more, then start increasing weight. Oh and take creatine, which is cheap easy and safe (but consult your doctor since you had cancer). You need to eat a lot of protein, like get used to eating 36 eggs a week.
Congratulations on not having cancer, a winner is you
