- 3 alaskan pollock fillets (no breading)
- onions sauce
dinner:
- couscous
- spinach
- beans
- lentils
- frozen veggies
- sauce hollandaise (low calorie)
- another protein shake
I (185cm/6'1 , natty) have never really cared much about my diet but Ive never been fat either. Always below 20% bf. In the last couple months I was at my biggest ever at around 87kg. In. the last month Ive successfully cutted down to ≈82kg without counting calories or losing too much strength. and Im now able to fully see my upper abs. They could need more definition tho especially my obliques, thats why I still want to cut down to ≈10% - 12%.
What can I improve?
