>Korean game show
>contestants have to hold 50kg boulder on their backs for as long as possible
>giant roider bodybuilder is shaking and sweating bullets within 10 minutes and drops it
>two fat power lifter natties hold it for 2 hours
Somebody explain how this happened . Video: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=7AFmDSPEgwU
Roiders don't have /strongmind/
This. I have been lifting natty for like 16 years. The mental power of not having instant gains and having to exercise discipline in the other realms of your life improve your ability to compete and succeed.
Met a 23yo who had just started lifting and he was larger than me by a lot. I know I could of slapped and knocked him out though cause he was just some pussy brained boy on drugs.
I think it’s more likely that the roider guy just had no stamina because he was like 5% body fat. Good for instagram photos but he shouldn’t have showed up to a challenge like this at such a low bf%. Also most bodybuilders are holding a lot of water in their muscles due to drugs. The giant natty could’ve been stronger than him honestly
nonsense. low bf is easy when you're roiding. see larry wheels
It looked like he was depending on his wrists and neck to hold it up so he has no concept of mind+body and spatial awareness. He also solidified the muscle bound meme.
Bodybuilders train for big muscles, not usable muscles. Shits more complicated than just size.
Theres probably a fair bit of this going on too. I always laugh when I see a body builder turned life coach, we might be past that phase though, I've also been paying less attention so it could be that.
Kinda unfair to make the girl pick up a 50kg boulder, no way could she have done that
Each team had to volunteer one person for this challenge. The loser wouldn’t get to proceed to the next challenge. She volunteered for it because she knew nobody else on her team stood a chance either and she wanted to maximize her team’s chance of winning the next challenge
The overall competition winner was a crossfitter too. Just goes to show how memes are not representative of real life.
TV competitions are also not representative of real life
They actually did all of the challenges though, it's not like it's wrasslin
there are multiple interviews of the challengers stating netflix did some shady shit. like in the finals they startet over again midpoint. which sucks, cause I enjoyed the show.
He wasn't
He was a snowboarder
Idk why the company who made this show would chose to lie about this but they did
so >>>IST is the most IST board
Correct
You do know that show is completely rigged right? It's just for show like the name implies.
it's korea. they are all roiding
>person doesn't train or condition their body for a specific type of thing
>why is the person not good at that specific type of thing?
Do powerlifters hold giant rocks on their back more often than bodybuilders do? What the frick are you implying
powerlifters or strongmen?
>two fat power lifter natties hold it for 2 hours
there is nothing suggesting that they are natties
It's very simple if you actually trained for anything in your life
