you fell for the meme op, sorry. 99.9% of IST understands this but 0.01% regret their choice to fraud and constantly spam and shill for people to do it. so it seems like most of IST supports frauding when in reality, no one ever thinks about it except the dudes who have to stab themselves every day for the rest of their lives

I mean i hate to say it but, DUH. Roids are the great filter that separate the man-babies who want the easy way from those who have the integrity to put in the work without roids. Seems obvious to anyone really.

No, one or two cycles. Even after you get better androgen receptor response and gaining mass/weight becomes easier.

      This is always a cope

There's nothing special about lifting weights. It's a means to an end. If your hobby is lifting weights that's pretty sad.

Lifting weights is a hobby of mine. It’s time to disconnect from the world and be In my own head a while. It’s also a reason I enjoy going on walks in nature.

I can’t complain about the muscle and health benefits I’ve acquired along the way. 12 consistent years as a natty may not put me to where somebody would be with a few years of roids, but I am proud of where it has brought me and the benefits it continues to provide.

Plus I’m 34, I’m already head and shoulders more fit than anybody I interact with. What value does even more muscle convey for me? Nothing.

This. Training natural is way fricking harder, especially when cutting. If you see someone with any decent amount of muscle who is shredded, even if they don't have that much muscle, they are almost certainly on gear. When natural, serious cutting kills your natural testosterone production and puts your body in an extremely catabolic state. Injecting even a small dose of testosterone will help you preserve exponentially more muscle while cutting. This might not sound like that big of a deal, but if you've got a decent bit of fat, and you try to lose dozens of pounds of fat, you're going to lose a ton of muscle along with that fat if you're cutting naturally. I know from experience. Shit sucks.

Taking gear is like riding motorcycles. You look and feel like an alpha male, it's extremely fun, but after a long enough time, the reality of the lifestyle you live starts to give intense anxiety. You see how reckless you can become and how little you value your own life. You can romanticize it as living a richer life in experience at the expense of life expectancy, but at the end of the day, you are burning the candle at both ends.

There's a yuge disconnect between IRL and social media/online/pictures/etc.
IRL it takes very little to stand out among normalgays but online you need to anglefraud hard to not look small. It's kind of like the old saying "TV adds 20 lbs to your figure."
I know guys with legit 9/10 natty fizeeks that look merely above average online because they take candid pics with terrible angles. There's a "pop" factor that cannot be conveyed in a picture.
A discerning gymcel would still be able to tell they have advanced fizeeks from certain telltale signs but again, normies are clueless and very easy to fool on either direction.

So the takeout is: stay natty BUT fraud the frick out of your pictures.
Photography is talmudic sorcery, simple as. Injuns were right about this.
Our fizeeks weren't meant to be crystallized and reduced to fit in a 6 inch screen.

Just test. Doctor prescribed trt. 200mg/ml doses as needed. I pay a flat $200/month rate at a local men's health clinic. That lets me visit once per week for blood work and injections if needed. I usually go every other week, or sometimes when busy once per month.

This has to be the product of low BF%. There's no mechanism for roids (let alone a baby-tier TRT+ dose) to cause this in a postpubertal man.

Way to go, bro! I'm 39 and 13 wks into test/primo/var and I absolutely love it. 6'1 220 with veins in my shoulders. Everytime I look in the mirror I get leaner, but my bw keeps creeping up. I'm not even tracking calories, just eating my usual high protein /moderate carb diet until im full. No real side effects to speak of except difficulty getting more than 6 hrs of sleep at night and a raging hardon 24/7.

Roiders just want to be the best they can be, which is respectable, but there are no free shortcuts in life. You pay to look good with your lifespan and addiction. Roiders whether they are powerlifters, bodybuilders or aestheic builders, they're all too concerned about what others perceive them as rather than what they truly are. Natty doesn't mean less gains, it means actually gaining on a net balance. Roids are just a trade-off, they're a loan with a debt to pay.

Be proud with yourself, don't aspire to be some addiction role model.

First time I pinned I just felt disgusted, seriously when that needle went thru I got all kinds of fricked up thoughts in my mind, like depression and emptiness.
I do believe most roiders suffer from auto acceptance, like if you think about it, it's a sad fricking reality out there, having to stab urself with a needle 2x a week for years and years just so you can acquire vanity isn't normal human behavior.
That said, I think me getting into roids was good for my mental one way or another, was quite a huge awakening, I realized that there's really no shortcut in life, it sparked a fire back into natty lifting and I quit roids within a few weeks of being on it. Yes I got PRs while being on it and felt stronger but you still need to put hard work in.
I just don't think getting close to ur natty limit is worth all the hassle of potential gyno, balding, acne and all the hidden organ side effects that will make you pay the bill later on.
Now I understand why a lot of roiders told me not to get into it, it's kind of a point of no return if you do it long enough, stay natty bros.

most guys in the 20-30 age range, even at fricking PF have used anabolics, easily 50-60%.

    People in general do not.
Many men that are IN the gym are only there because they're already on steroids, not that they were persuaded after lifting naturally. Gym is a very uncommon hobby.
