If you keep lifting it for sure won't heal.
Time to do some chest stretches and work on neck/scapula mobility.
Need so see a doctor, odds are AC joint snapping. Not serious if you catch it early.

Eliminate the offending exercises and do some basic shoulder rehab you moron.

Domt lift at all even legs for 1-2 weeks minimum depending on severity, then go half weight and just focus rehab shit to set your shoulders back to neutral.

A big problem I see is people do facepulls and rear delta all day every day to prevent injury when it pulls your shoulder out of place. Many people don't have front delts theyre hitting mid delts mostly on ohp and shit.

Keep your bench slightly higher at mid to high reps than rows.

It's going to take like 3 - 4 weeks to heal. Just go super light on it and follow what said.

This. Don't waste your time with doctors and physiotherapists, most are total twats and don't know shit, but if you must always go to sports medical staff not general doctors/physiotherapists

It could just be AC joint inflammation. You can test by putting your hand on a door frame, locking your elbow, and slowly rotating your shoulder forward until your arm is pointed all the way back. Then gently finger the spot where your collarbone connects to your shoulder. If it spikes pain, then the AC joint is inflamed and you need to rest it while doing the rotator cuff strengthening exercises

got a tear almost a month ago and it hurt like hell. started resting for about a week and putting ice on my shoulder and taking meds. then i started streaching and doing very light shoulder work out.

been almost a month and im already feeling much better. just rest, strech and eat meds for inflammation.

I had this 2 months ago, started getting fit again. After trying out some stuff I've found my solution. Lightweight assymetrical Lu raises (do with two weights if you can, I only have equipment for one dumbbell) and a tea spoon of colagen hydrolysat peptide with my whey protein milk shake every day. No more clicking or popping, never hurt much before but now not even a slight soreness or anything.
