Recently started changing from 10 reps a set to 20 a set, for a total of 70, do one 10 for a warm up, will this kill my gains. Also cutting my diet back, don't enjoy eating that much so just going to eat enough protein and the necessities for gains, for my protein I'm drinking two of the little 30 gram protein drinks, plus whatever meat I eat for the day, usually chicken, then some rice with veggies for carbs and vitamins, probably around 700cal a day, good? Bad?

Your actual daily calorie intake is probably somewhere between 1k-1,5k tbh
My calisthenics are weighted, and I do 210lbs hipthrusts, it probably is in the 1000s, i'm fine with that, I'm trying to slim down a bit though so I have less bulky look, I'm working out for larger lower body, my skeletal structure already is hourglass shaped so I have an advantage there. I need to figure out how to balance my diet better, hopefully I'll get the job at GNC and will be able to have a set diet.
And I don't know my BMI, i actually haven't weighed myself in a while, I am mostly muscle though, and I'm 5'9, I'd say probably 140lbs

You need a rep scheme to keep you honest to yourself.
If you do 3x10 and next week add more weight but only do 3x8 you're wasting your time.
Make sure you can finish all of your reps and do the same lifts consistently and add weight.
You won't be able to track progress just moving shit around...
You need to see you lifted "x" more weight on the squat this week over the last etc.
I know ahead of time what weight I'm putting on the bar, and I NEVER count warmup sets.
Just a quick 3x5 adding weight then I put on the final weight and count the sets/reps
