enjoy the anaerobic and aerobic performance improvements fren
I recommend checking out Dark Horse Rowing on youtube, he has some beginner workouts that include drills to teach you technique
Help, but under no circumstances should you strap your feet into the rower's pedals. You actually don't need the straps at all if you do it right and with good form.
Depends. A full body cardio is always good to do for a few minutes or more after lifting. Or lightly as a warmup. I personally prefer rowing, but you can get the same effect from a lot of different exercises. Swimming is goated. Same with that fan bike that you also use your arms for (don't know the name). Don't listen to the fatties who say a small amount of cardio will destroy your gains. Just find the one you enjoy the most and can do for 15-30 minutes at a good pace every workout and still enjoy.
try just doing a shit ton of bodyweight squats, or walking lunges. absolutely insane conditioning.
of course, you will want to work up volume slowly to avoid waking up without any feeling in your ass.
Sure, like I said there's plenty of workouts that fit the bill. Reason I don't like those is because 1: it's not really full body because it doesn't involve any upper body muscle groups and 2: I just personally don't prefer it. I'd drop a few hundred to have an exercise I enjoy more available every day after a workout. Whatever keeps you consistent and motivated is the best for you.
Yes, but don't get cheap. Buy a C2 or nothing.
just checked, they cost 1000$ in US land. Should clarify I'm europoor, I'll just buy the one from ebay I posted
Waterrower is the patrician's choice. Same price or cheaper, and without that terrible noise. C2 is for a commercial gym, not a home.
yes, it's pretty addictive once you start getting the technique
just get a pair of noise cancelling headphones bro
sticc
Is that the zoomer(discount) version of Sharapova?
rowing is so fricking based. rooners on suicide watch, assuming they can still walk to the gun safe after destroying their knees.

We will never be on suicide watch friend. Ever heard of the term runner's high?
Too expensive. And add maintenance.
If you want to spend in something more reliable cardio rent a stationary bike.
I already ride my bike daily. 135€ wasnt too expensive
can you do rowing with bad knees bros ? would it help or hurt my knees?

Gosh imagine her getting #000000-ED
>Grabbing the black handle with this excited facial expression
Gosh imagine her actually grabbing the oiled-up BBC later after this rowing session.
Yes. Get a c2.
