Doesn't work. Not a quick trip. Nearly every single form of therapy to remove plantar warts, including acid and cryogenic freezing, requires multiple treatments to remove the wart definitively. Only surgical removal is a one-time procedure, and even that doesn't always work 100% of the time (if some wart tissue still remains it can eventually come back).

This is how I dealt with the one on my thumb that nothing else would work on, those I had to completely submerge my thumb for 2 minutes after cutting the wart off

I used to have these and now i do not. I only had 3. I used my dads soldering gun and also sat in the bathtub with showerhead and high temperature. i bled alot. but it seemed to do nothing so i gave up. they disappeared though
I got rid of these with the duck tape and razor blade method. Wrap duck tape around them for several days, it causes the warts to raise up out of the skin, then take a loose safety razor blade to the loosened skin, slicing down to the non-dead skin, then wrap them up with duck tape and repeat one or two more times with 2-3 days between.
They’re not exactly sure why covering these things with duck tapes makes them go away, but it’s either because it starves them of oxygen, or irritates your skin and makes your body focus on healing that portion of your skin.
I had a couple of those a while ago.
I just washed my foot real good with hot water enough to get the skin to soften up a lot, then just pick at it like crazy until I can get a good vantage point. Then just grab the middle part with my teeth, and rip it out.
Bit of blood, and it hurt to walk for a week or so, but it was gone, and hasn't come back since them.
