The only guy I knew that ever had this shit was literally a crackhead alcoholic that had a heart attack and died while mowing grass after he smoked a bunch of crack.
This shit has to be a sign of some other kind of underlying abuse you are doing to your body
OP if you have an eczema flare up just go to a dermatologist and get some cortisone steroid cream. Once it gets bad like that, it's not worth the time and pain of trying to subjugate it with lifestyle changes or trying out different kinds of lotions that might or might not work. It's much easier to maintain good skin after the prescription cream gets it under control. Some of the things I did were >switch to 100% polyester or polyester blend clothes including underwear/undershirts >same with bedsheets >use all free clear brand detergent, only cold cycles with laundry >use aveeno bodywash or dove sensitive skin barsoap, fragrance free >use cerave or eucerin lotions whenever skin starts to dry out, especially in dry winter months >obviously don't ever scratch yourself, have more awareness if you do it absentmindedly
Most of that and many other "solutions" people try probably don't actually do anything, but something worked since I haven't had any issues in years. I'd say the cerave/eucerin creams are the most important thing, those are seriously the best and also very cheap. I never had to make any diet changes either.
Oh and also with the prescription creams - use it as much as you have to for a couple of weeks until you get better, but if you have any leftover after that you should only use it very sparingly if at all. Long-term abuse of that shit will frick up your skin just as bad as if you hadn't used it at all, and it would take months to recover from it.
I love every time there is an issue with skin, a thousand homosexuals from IST prescribe the most woo shit on the planet. Jesus Christ you homosexuals believe in astrology too?
So, far, this is the best advice
I speak from experience. When my skin got bad, I spent weeks trying to fix it myself. Imagine being unable to sleep because half of your body is raw and itchy, and in your half-conscious stupor you inevitably start scratching without even realizing it, only to wake up worse than the day before with your skin literally molten with mucous secreting out of wounds. Then the next day after work you would spend all of your free time trying useless creams or learning about how to use gauze or dreading the next shower you would have to take.
I wish my rashes spread to my hands and face earlier, because then I wouldn't have been able to hide them as long as I did and I would have had to go to a dermatologist sooner. And getting kind of autistic here, but one of my favorite bands released a great song years later that perfectly describes the cycle.
I have psoriasis that I inherited from my mother. She only has a few small spots on her arms and one on her cheek, her mother barely had it at all, but I have it in various places all over my body. It gets worse and spread to new places every year. My great grandmother apparently had it all over her body in huge, flaky patches. It's impossible to predict for certain, but I've had a dermatologist tell me that it's likely it will only get worse as I get older and may eventually cover my face much like my great grandmother. If that happens I'm becoming a hermit.
I started getting psoriasis at 14 and by the time i was 17 it covered 70% of my body including face and dick and everything. no medication worked and I was close to offing myself tbh
finally got approved for biologic treatment, had to sue my insurance as it's 20k a year and they didn't want to pay. It was all gone within one month and never returned, it's as if I never had it
look into IL-17 or IL-23 biologic treatment and see if your insurance can cover it
I don’t want to jump on the gut microbiome band wagon but have you considered getting your microbiome tested and looking into a dietary role? Totally anecdotal but my friend had bad psoriasis and when he started eating a can of sardines and other oily fish everyday it more or less disappeared.
It’s probably autoimmune and your gut microbiome can possibly modulate this to some degree.
Incels be like "why does my skin look like shit" while simultaneously sleeping on a yellow/brown pillow and never washing their face with cleanser, moisturizing or drinking water.
use dermaid 0.5%
stop using any and all soaps on your face
try coal tar shampoo
remove all sulfites from your diet
remove artificial sugars
wash your hands with soap free soap, often
STOP TOUCHING YOUR DAMN FACE
Tapeworms, roundworms, pinworms, and other kinds of worms are healthy for the body. We evolved alongside these animals for hundreds of millions of years, even longer than we have been humans. The worms are as much a part of our natural internal ecosystem as the gut bacteria which doctors are just now being forced to admit are healthy. Worms release chemicals which mediate the immune system and prevent allergies and autoimmune disorders. They also consume excess calories and preferentially eat fat which keeps you thin and prevents heart disease. Most modern illnesses are caused by a lack of worms in the body.
Just google "helminths autoimmune duseases" "helminths allergies". Some of tm can even increase fertility or decrease chances of cardiovascular diseases. Some are dangerous tho, so don't eat random shit.
there is, but it basically just causes the excessive sweating to move to other parts of your body, and it's pretty random as to where it ends up. It could be well distributed across your chest and back, which I guess would be the best possible outcome, or it could end up on your face and head, which might be even worse than your hands.
never tried botox, but supposedly it is effective for a few months. It just hurts, and is expensive (over $1k for just one treatment).
Yes. It's not a guaranteed 24/7, though. Like out of an 18 hour day, my hands might be sweating for 12 of those hours. But for example, right now I'm in my 70 degree room, just chilling at the computer, sitting down and doing nothing, and my hands are sweaty. They do occasionally get bad enough to drip, especially if I'm anxious for some reason, like right before making a presentation at work or something like that.
Yes I Unironically have it on the hands and feet, sometimes it’ll drip down when driving it sucks. I’ve always been a decently confident guy though so I just wipe my hands on my shirt and make up an excuse “sorry about my sweaty hands lol”, during interview “sorry the suits kinda thick lol, weathers been kinda hot, etc.”
Cotton tshirts are great, I wear them a lot it’s like wearing a towel everywhere you go. It’s annoying but I’ve learned to live with it, dryfit socks are also pretty helpful I wear them almost 24/7
You have parasites and a damaged gut.
Cured by carnivore in couple days, thank me later
It takes a couple weeks or more in severe cases
>shilling a meme diet for morons
stay on your containment board, Mordecai
I had it on my legs and carnivore stopped. have a nice day moxyte
Am I a targeted individual? I've been having some weird skin issues for months.
Basically like hives when anything touches me. I've considered parasite but haven't sought out treatment.
Mostly they are hidden under clothing but the other day my neck was itchy and look ed like I had mosquito bites.
>Am I a targeted individual?
No, you just have parasites probably. Do you have any mental problems? Depression, schizophrenia, bipolar, random explosions of anger?
interesting. what kind of parasites?
Maybe you are allergic to a fabric or laundry detergent. You can also get hives from stress

>what kind of parasites?
tapeworms, roundworms, etc. Some are microscopic.

Alot of white people if not most get eczema atleast once in their life, you must not be white.

I'd also recommend mineral sunscreen daily.

Good try, maggot.
Imagine being white lol
>t. Black person who recoils at the sight of a razor
I don't have to imagine, must suck having to imagine though.

Interesting, I will look into this. Thank you anon.
Damn dude that's wild. Figures the insurance would only cooperate after a fricking lawsuit.
I submitted to big pharma and take skyrizi. fully cleared and no flare ups. I would have liked to healthmaxx to fix it but nothing worked for me
NOTHING IS EVERYTHING

wasn't necessary for me and i had it worse than him
this plus seed oils.
I had massive amounts of inflammation and it was all solved through a three-day-fast followed by a semi-carnivore + minor amount of veggies diet.
These days I eat cheese, too.

>t.
The obesity crisis is actually caused by no longer sharing our food with our tapeworm overlords.
Not entirely correct, but yea, there are legit studies showing that some worm species are insanely beneficial and we develope alergies without them.

any hyperhidrosis bros here?
shit sucks. It may be the #1 or #2 thing I would like to change about myself physically.
Always having to awkwardly try avoiding handshakes with people, or touching people or certain things with my hands. Drives me crazy.
Isn’t there a surgery where they clip a nerve and it fixes it? What about Botox?
there is, but it basically just causes the excessive sweating to move to other parts of your body, and it's pretty random as to where it ends up. I would trade my vitiligo for eczema
