Tbh I feel like 20m 5k should be attained by most serious fitness enthusiasts (why does that sound gay af) but anything above that means a very low bodyweight and fricked up joints long term.

If you're constantly in bulking and cutting cycles it's not the best for your body, but if you're just eating at maintenance and lifting to maintain what you have it's fine.

10km isn't that long, I'd put the cut off at like 10 miles or maybe a half marathon. But yeah full marathons and ultramarathons are excessive.
