Him using the hat to cover likely hair loss, him suffering from substantial full-body acne breakouts, him being perpetually short of breath, his bloated, puffy skin. He is obviously in poor health, but nobody around him actually cares enough about him as a person, as an individual, to sit down with him and really go through the health risks of him using gear. It is a tragedy, because you can see earlier pics of him when he was a diver, he had a wonderful physique, and now he has turned himself into a mass monster just to sate the egos of people who will laugh and cheer when he dies.
