        Cardio is when your heart pumps at 70% of it's max and requires a lot of oxygen, so it should be around 140bpm if you're in your 20's.

        If fricking walking makes your heart go above 140bpm then I don't know what to say anon, you should go to a doctor.

      When I cut out seed oils and starting eating beef on an almost daily basis, I started packing on lean muscle effortlessly.
