    I legit went through this fase myself for 2 years and made 0 gains, because as soon as I started hitting the zone where you make gains, instead of pushing through and doing reps that were 90% clean, I backed off and told myself "no, if I can't do all the reps 100% clean, i'm going to heavy, and guess what, this just turns into you spinning your wheels and never making any progress. You can cope all you want about Sulek being on steroids, but the truth is that he puts the work in instead of neurotically obsessing about "muh perfect rep"

      No it's not. I think you just missed the crux of my argument which is that Sam is pushing far too much weight.
      I'll rep out partials no fricking worries, but i'll do so AFTER I've completed a full clean working set with a weight I CAN handle.
      Why do half a set followed by another half of junk partials, when you can do a full set, followed up with partials to failure?
