Start low and build up the doses to normal over a few weeks just to make sure you dont react poorly to it. Starting at 1/4th dose and building up let me notice the effects start to peak around 4 weeks in which should be a lot of time to react. After a couple cycles I think my next is going to be mk677, rad140, yk11 for probably pretty good results, since that seems to be what I best respond to. I did start to notice some episodic dizziness and anxiety at the end of my last prolonged cycle of lgd and yk which could be blood sugar issues, Id keep it within 8 weeks per cycle.

Lost a good bit of fat, down around 10 lbs since starting, arms back and shoulders look better, attitude towards working out improved and lifts went up. The lgd+yk cycle didnt meet my expectations but I was going very light on the yk for a good while. Unsure if its responsible for the weird dizziness episodes but will try it again since I know I get good mileage out of the rad and mk stack and if it ever had a place to shine it would be in with those. May not be worth taking on its own, or at the very least you wont notice spontaneous muscle growth out of thin air.
Might run Cardarine for the cardio gainz
