    Seed oils are bad because they contain unsaturated fats. Unsaturated fats are chemicals with a free radical that can cause cancer.
    HFCS is obviously bad because it's sweeter for less volume. Sugar is already an addictive substance, so it's obviously not good to consume a more intense variant.
