    Biggest thing i don't get with keto in the last few years, is how it ditched vegetables.
    I tried it and lost weight, but most of my plate was still veggies. I see posts now and its bacon wrapped butter, with beef grease drizzled over it.

          Now as for Early European Farmers we know that they ate lots of grains, bread, berries, ibex meat etc thanks to a mummified corpse that was found in the alps. They had more balanced diet.

          In the end I think your perfect diet depends on your ancestry. Some might have up to 70% eastern steppe herder ancestry (Scandinavians and Slavs), meaning it might be healthier for them to avoid carbs. While western and southern Europeans tend to have more early european farmer ancestry.

The way he ate in the last couple years may or may not have contributed, we have no idea what he was eating his entire life prior, was he a smoker, his stress level, his family history, his genetics, nothing.

      It's like this. I went on carnivore like most people, because I was a fat frick for a long time, and nothing else worked. Now I'm losing weight, and feeling overall much better. But my shitty lifestyle prior was sure to do damage. So I still could kick the bucket, if I'm unlucky. If I do get a heart attack, it'll most likely be from 30 years of eating the usual Americanised garbage, not the couple years of eating carnivore. It is what it is.
