              not that anon but I have the same issue, ceiling is too short. I do OHP seated now. You might want to play with a slightly wider grip on seated OHP. I'm not exactly sure what is causing it, but the leverages and delt pump just feel better with a wider grip on seated vs standing.

    The very concept of a Tbar needs to be expanded out and used more widely on a shitload of exercises. Physics means it's easier at the top and harder at the bottom, which is basically ideal for a lot of exercises. I'm gonna try use it for shrugs next gym session.
