homie how? anyway scalp micropigmentation is a terrible idea and is obvious to anyone, you've got to have a chromedome for it to look 'OK' but at the same time that makes your head reflective, there's a guy in my gym that's clearly got it done because his head reflects all light despite seemingly having a buzzcut, at that point you just have to accept it

Not my head, but looks about like picrel but on the sides and back too. I'd send a pic of my head with hair but my photo backups are at home (at work browsing IST like a chad) and I shave my head completely bald now so all of my photos on my phone right now are of me bald.

good friend of mine used hair systems a couple of years ago till he just decided one day to rock a shaved head, and hair systems are just getting better every year so give it a try its not permanent and it isnt THAT expensive

I've considered doing this before, but I don't like how much work it is to maintain and spending $300 every couple of months on a new wig. It would probably make me feel a lot better about myself, but I'd feel kind of pathetic wearing it.

the maintenance is quite easy once you get used to it.
i spent my entire 20s shaving my head, it's actually less upkeep now with the hair system.
i don't know about feeling pathetic, i feel much better since starting to wear. i get treated very noticeably better and girls actually look at me now.

I never went to a derma, so I just picked a random one and after weeks I got an appointment but he wouldn't give me fin because he said my hairline is still fine (I'm NW2.5).

In bongland it's also prescription only, but there are websites where you can get a prescription by ticking a box saying you have hair loss then get it sent to you. Supposedly a doctor will look at your ticked box and decide you need it kek.
You can get fin online regardless. Just fill out some questionnaires they ask you about potential side effects and they'll charge you the fin price + some extra for the remote doctor prescription

I have it. It was expensive because I chose a good place. I went for a natural receded look, not like the one in OP's picture. That one looks too obvious. Honestly it's good because it frames your face, it realize that if you're tall most people won't see it (it's a tattoo and not 3D hair) so you gotta shave everything. Buzzcut won't do.
