      I avoided oils for 'frying' all together and found out i lost the most weight because of simply avoiding deep frying most of the shit that is bad for you anyway.. what do you need to deep fry? french fries? donuts?

      this is the only correct answer. If you use only tallow or butter you are more than likely eating the good stuff. Steak, eggs, roasted chicken, or dairys.

        I don't deep fry anything. I fry eggs and steak. I use peanut oil in the dough and on the pan (just a little) when I'm making home made pizza. It's great.

    I use vegetable oil for deep frying, but I think peanut oil is the best. I use it interchangeably with butter, and don't suffer ill health effects as I don't overeat and exercise regularly.

      Alot of keto people dont realize coffee, exercise and high protein diets with little animal fat isn't healthy especially not high endurance cardio. your essentially asking for a heart attack, also no telling what alot of fitness influences are taking into their bodies with exogenous supplements. Even cooking meat will make it carcinogenic. Ideally you eat largely raw based diet with locally sourced animals, and keep to an active but non adrenalizing lifestyle . The people who live the longest are the most sedentary with the highest intake of raw animal fats, blue zones like okinawa used to be known as a pork island pre ww2 and a med diet emphasizes fatty fish and cheese.
