    >does it help with binge and impulse eating even when you aren’t “hungry” (because you’re always eating)
What you describe is called "food noise". Yes, it does. Sone people dont respond immediately and have to go to higher doses to see this effect.
    >did you have any side effects?
Yes. Google them. Most obtrusive side effect i have is nausea. Some people report constipation. I migmtigate the nausea by drinking electrolyte powder in water and i take magnesium. An other way to reduce side effects is to split the dose. If you are on 0.25 mg, instead of taking 0.25 mg 1x a week you take 0.125 mg 2x a week.
    >1 injection lasts a week, so if i do have side effects, do they last for a whole week?
They last 1-3 days after injection.

I keep you Black folk, tirze is better. If you aren't a broke Black and are already going grey market, get tirzepatide.

As for semaglutide, sides are nausea, constipation, indigestion. You will more or less have them the entire time. Some people skate with little to no symptoms.

Break the dose in half and pin twice a week. Pharma companies modify the peptide to have a larger half life. Pin 2x a week to do the same thing. Plus sides aren't as bad.

Prioritize protein first. You will get sickly full. Like will want to barf from an 8 Oz piece of fish.

You will also get constipated. Eat an avocado and drink some metamucil every day.

I did sema.last year and lost 15 pounds in 4 months. I never upped my weekly dose past .5mg. I'm on Tirzepatide this year. Already lost 16 with two months to go. You are a smart man for going this route.

Actually interested in trying tirz. Whats the difference, less sides? More fat loss at the same intake level? I never tried despite going grey market cuz sema worked well for me.

Tirzepatide is a glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist. It works by stimulating the GIP receptor and GLP-1 receptor to increase insulin secretion, decrease glucagon secretion, and promote satiety. Tirz studies show people lose more weight
But honestly if you lose on sema and it is working why mess with a good thing

I kind of agree. Sema can be bought above board from any wellness clinic and is waaaay cheaper on the grey. Grey market prices are by the mg, not the dose.

A 5mg vial of Sema is between 10 and 20 weekly doses depending on your dosage. A 5mg vial of Tirze is between .5 and 2 doses. The tirze vial will also cost more per mg.

I've heard Reta is even better but I haven't touched it yet. Maybe next spring. There's also peptides being researched that perform even better. And the Chinese labs that sell the peptides to the Pharmas have no problem selling to you, even small quantities. They dgaf, money is money.

Max dose of Semaglutide prescription is 2.6 mg so a 5 mg vial would only last 2 weeks. Max dose I've done is 1.5 mg.

If you aren't morbidly obese you won't go that high. I never went above .5mg a week

              Grey market
              >name brand company solicits factory (that isnt owned by the company) to make 1000 units of product
              >company makes 2000 units and sells extra product on the side

              Black market
              >factory not affiliated with name brand company makes their own copy of the product via reverse engineering and sells it

In terms of medicine that anon could mean buying research grade chemicals that arent meant for human consumption/ dont have the safety and efficacy guarantee that the product typically has (it can be contaminated with metals or something)

Peptides are pretty cheap to produce so there isn't much incentive to fake it. Contaminated machines is always a danger but I've never had an issue.

If you are really concerned, just buy from a source with a Janoshik COA.

On top of that, peptides aren't a controlled substance like steroids. You do have to be licensed to sell them for human consumption, but you can also sell them for research purposes.

What is happening as a workaround is that drug companies are pressuring China to clamp down on bulk resellers. One of the best bulk sources just got shut down. If you know the actual labs though you can literally just email them and they'll have the one English speaking guy take your order.

I heard through the peptide distributor grape vine that that particular seller (i love them rip) got shut down because they were selling pills and the Chinese gov heard. You cant pretend pills arent for human consumption

If we are thinking of the same excellent peptide source, they did indeed sell pills. I assumed it was Eli Lilly that got them shut down. They closed the day after David Ricks visited China and said they do.more R&D there.

I had just received a kit and was about to order another. My hope is the shutdown isn't permanent and they re-open in a month.

I have a stand by, by they are much more expensive. Almost comparible to buying domestic. It's too bad this is an non board. It would actually be pretty cool to organize a Wuhan trip, check out labs, and negotiate some sort of group buy.

Yeah we are. A fellow vendor said it was the pills that got the other guy shut down and they arent worried at all. I heard about the Eli Lilly visit
The types of people that pay for janoshik testing are already talking to new vendors. In 6 months there ought to be a new peptide darling

I did injections every 5 day at a low dose (.25mg) for a couple months while on a cut. If you have any discipline this is enough to cut the snacking out if you’re a mild fatty like me. Everyone responds different though. I had the sides everyone talks about (diarrhea, stomach issues) when I did .5mg.

Other than that I will say I definitely was lethargic for the couple months I was on it, and it may have contributed to depression but theres so many factors I can’t be sure. Overall a good experience and you may respond different.

I'm dosing 1.25 tirz and 0.125 mg sema since jan and have had alot of success with it. Low dose is great and my stash will last me 2 years at this rate.

    >>does it help with binge and impulse eating even when you aren’t “hungry” (because you’re always eating)
i threw up every time i binged because your gut is frozen basically. Was never hungry but normally im not hungry either. After the 4th time vomiting i decided to just stop eatting for the entire week. Around day 16 i had formed a schedule to eat and avoided all junk food.
If i get hungry now and i miss a meal i actively avoid eatting until the next one.
    >>did you have any side effects?
Exhaustion from not eatting, moody from diet changes, and outside that nothing of note, i puked like i said.
    >>1 injection lasts a week, so if i do have side effects, do they last for a whole week?
I started with the lowest dosage i could about 5 units.

    >does it help with binge and impulse eating even when you aren’t “hungry” (because you’re always eating)
Yes. I binge ate maybe twice a week and this has pretty much eradicated my huge binges. I'm talking like I was having thousands of calories, eating whole packages of crumbl cookies, going to buffets, that type of shit. I will still have days where I overeat but they are a fraction of what I used to do. Lost around 15 lbs so far with sema. Experimented with Tirzapetide too. It's better but costs a lot more so went back to Sema.

    >did you have any side effects?
No. I believe side effects were written for fatasses who are already in poor health so if you're young, healthy, and eat well you'll be fine.

    >1 injection lasts a week, so if i do have side effects, do they last for a whole week?
Not sure, never had sides. Just follow the dosage protocol.

I did the opposite. I fasted while taking a ghrelin receptor agonist.
That way I could over come the psychic torment of always being hungry.
