to add to this make sure you're also doing rowing movements too. This is to pull your shoulders back and open your chest up. Hope your bent over row is near your bench. lol

not until today. row 3x a week. do them before your bicep curls if they fall on the same day. I do my weak points 2x a week but if I had something like this I'd prioritize it more and bring it to 3x.
Also I noticed you have decent shoulders so clearly you do lateral raises via cable or dumbbell. This exercise in particular requires a close eye to make sure you're not letting traps take over.
Grab a pair of 10s. Do your lateral raises and make sure your shoulders aren't lifting up when you're at the top of the reps. If they are that means it's the traps doing the work. make every rep a good rep, they should be slow and controlled even at the top. When you have the form down go back up in weight. If form breaks down at the start of the set you need to reduce weight. form breaking down at the end of the set is okay. Say your 11th rep was spectacular, 12th rep you saw your shoulder come up a bit, that 12th rep would be where you stop the set.

actively? not really. When you do them slow and controlled the weight of the dumbell should be enough to hold them down. If you do them too fast the momentum might cause you to lose track of what muscles are being engaged causing you to use your traps and lift your shoulders without even realizing it.
Good advice, I'll need to keep this in mind next time at the gym.

How to get a well rounded shoulder like op? I do a shit ton of diamond pushups but my delts are better defined but shoulders are not well rounded.

Diamond pushups are for your triceps, not for your delts dummy. At most any kind of bench/push up movement targets just your front delt a bit.
Barbell/dumbbell OHP, facepulls, lat raises for your delts.
Your traps look fine but your posture is fricked and your chest seems small in comparison. I wouldn't have noticed your traps without you pointing them out
