    be born with good chest insertions, dont roid and dont train chest too much. You look at how Eugen Sandow and Steve Reeves and all of the greatest natties of all time trained? They did full body 3x a week lifted SUPER LIGHT. You should aim for something like 3x12 with PERFECT FORM, ABSOLUTE PERFECTION like Steeve Reeves preached and do like 70kg, maybe 80kg. And with biceps etc. just stick to 12kg dumbbells etc obsess over form, 12 perfect reps with 3s eccentric + concentric and only then you are allowed to go up in weight.

    Dont train like a troony bodybuilder. If you want a Silver Era physique, you should look into their training philosophy.

    Don't bulk and focus on arms
    Showing off your biceps used to be the standard "pose" to show off muscles. The rest of your body is just there, it was only worked while working your arms, like doing pull ups will work your back too but arms is still where it's at.
    Just look how tiny the t-rex arms and underdeveloed forearms look on the roiders on the right. That's what you get for working your muscles in a unnatural way. Regarding pratical aplications of strength, you'll almost always be using your arms, using machines to isolate certain muscles is something new and moronic.

    stretch your pectoralis major and minor to prevent rounded shoulders. Do incline bench to make sure your upper chest is proportional to your lower chest
