You have one of these per day youre already consuming 500 calories of sugar and if youre not watching the rest of your diet thatll likely put you 500 above tdee bare minimum. Eating like that gains you 1lb a week, you do that for 5 years and youve gained 260lbs.

so if your tdee is 2200 you're already eating 1.5k more than your body needs so every 5 days you're gaining 11lbs or 2lbs a day
of course the heavier you get the less you gain, if you eat like this you'd slowly go up to 600lbs and then stop gaining unless you continue to up the calorie intake which most fatties do
the point is, it's very easy when you drink and snack most your calories and when your meals are all unfilling carbs that make you hungry 1h later

you kinda do it automatically, when I say eating less I don't mean 1 less spoonful of pasta I'm talking about calorie intake
you end up realizing that most pasta/breads/carbs are really calorie dense and if you want to eat them it's such a small quantity you're better off not eating them and getting something else that you can really chow down on
realistically most goyslop pizzas are anywhere from 150 to 500 kcal per slice depending on the pizza, if you're doing 1.5 or 1.7 kcal to maintain a deficit and rating 3 meals a day then 1 slice can be 1 meal and it won't stop your hunger or nourish you
instead of that you can have 300g of fish which most fish are 1g/1kcal and mostly protein and then have a tall glass of milk and two pieces of fruit and you'd still be around or under the kcal value of that pizza slice
I don't check on my macros I just try to eat mostly protein with some fats and no carbs that aren't from fruit
other than that I drink a lot of water and take the occasional multivitamin and mineral just in case

If I may be so bold as to ask you a favor. Next time someone asks you how you lost weight, you should always lead with "I ate more nutritional foods" & "I took time to learn about the foods I was eating and how they all effect the body differently".
If anyone stands a chance of actually following through on a weight loss, that advice will help them more. In my experience working with clients, you'd be shocked how many of them were thrown off & discouraged by the "eat less" advice. Many of them have the issue where they're starving/drained non-stop while still eating a surplus. So they essentially think you're just telling them to push through the starvation and brain fog. Teaching them that all food has different nutritional properties has always worked better for me. It's encouraging for some of them when they learn they can repair their energy balance this way.
I think you'd be surprised how many people you'd help that way. 🙂
