Oreo is a disgusting hard cardboard that tastes like sugar
I honestly can't believe people eat that. Reeces peanut butter cups are also trashy goop with traces of peanuts in it. I tought it's something good because people mentioned it often, but nope.
Why all these brands from USA taste like a horrid cheap food industry waste covered in sugar?
I'm not trying Dr Pepper, I bet it's just like one of those disgusting carbonated artificial fake something berry taste
      Snickers, Twix are ok

Because all they have to eat is carbs and carbs tend to make people overeat and get fat

yep. beans are considered a 'protein' by vegans but when you actually look at the nutritional information, it's 60g+ carbs per 100g beans. usually eaten with more carbs on the side like rice or bread. incomplete protein too.

i eat rice and beans multiple times a week, but that's only because meat is too expensive, not because i've deluded myself into thinking that it's a better protein than another animal's muscle. you are what you eat

my theory is weight-loss is partially a function of hormones and being vegan messes with them as they don't operate optimally while on the diet. Maybe its due to vitamin deficiency from lack of meat, i dunno.

this, vegans are fat for the exact same reason everyone else is. There happens to be a lot of overlap between vegans and hippie skinny health nuts but they're not equivalent, you can definitely eat like complete shit on a vegan diet and be fat as frick.

Personally, I think they're both products of an uneventful and unworried life. All the people I know who are vegan are upper-middle classers who don't have to worry about working a second job, so they have all the time in the world to sit around and consider the poor animals' feelings. It's just not something that someone with real problems does with their time. Likewise, they are also immobile and have a bunch of time to munch on unhealthy but vegan shit. Remember, potato chips are vegan.

Not op but out of the 4 vegan people I know 2 is fat, 1 is moderate, and only 1 is actually skinny. Only the latter two exercises, and the skinny one does so on a daily basis.

Why do you get so endlessly triggered over what other people choose to eat? Why do you care so, so much? Why this endless seething over the thought of some people making different choices than you?

Literally just eat what you want and stop obsessing over what other people are doing.

There are a lot of these people on this board, are there? Can you point them out to me? Are they in this thread?

Literally every single post in this thread is on your side. You're not here to do anything but circle jerk over how smart you are for figuring out that extreme diets aren't healthy. We know, we get it, we dont need to have this thread every fricking day.

the existence of vegans suggests or reminds them that there is cruel and unsavory aspect of factory farming that they would rather remain ignorant of, so they angrily lash out and cope
