        "they" are either larping or dyels who just got their beginner gains after finally going to the gym. They can only imagine that this is from getting a huge test boost instead of, for once, having enough discipline to do something productive which of course is going to yield huge results over sitting at home and jerking off. So long as you make sure to do the big 3 (lift/eat/sleep) you've already optimized your testosterone to like 98%. All the other memes ranging from supplements to no fap to sunning your balls at most account for the last 2%.

            I went from stalling at 185/325/405/475 to stalling at 185/325/405/475 on my lifts after a month of nofap years ago. I can only conclude that the beginner, formerly an addict who let fapping control his life, who finally gets off his ass instead of jerking off is the only one who benefits. I don't care about studies because I did an actual live experiment in the only subject that matters to me and didn't get results. Btw, what were the before and after lifts and lean mass for the guys in your study?

    really excellent way to shove in a huge caloric deficit on a cut, or just lose a shitload of weight. I recently cut 15 pounds in 3 weeks with 48s and 72s scheduled around my lift days, although my lifts have gotten shrekt my muscle mass appears mostly unchanged
