Used to be like and it was a real pain because I was not able to leave the house before squirting liquid shit right before and then I had to find a toilet in the next hour or so. And of course it comes when you don't expect it or you don't have a chance to go to the toilet. After the years of suffering I realized I just drink too much water and that caused me to shit myself regularly.
Depends on how strictly I stick to my diet of meat, fish, eggs, dairy and rice.
When I stray and eat vegetables, nuts, seeds or fruit, I am riding the 6s and my inflammation goes way up, and my joints constantly ache, especially specific problem joints like my right knee, making squats almost impossible to do without massive pain.
But, if I stay away from that poison and stick to my diet, I’m generally dropping perfect 4s and have zero inflammation and joint pain.
It ranges between 3 and 7 daily. First one is a 3, second is a 7, and any further shits (if any) are usually 4.
I'm not sure if the 7 is due to alcohol consumption or zinc supplementation, the contents of the 3 lead me to believe that that's the previous day's breakfast, and that is typically followed only be zinc and wienertails before dinner.

I keep my system guessing by randomly letting poisonous animals bite me, eating random leaves and bugs from the forest, occasionally experimenting with herbs and mushrooms, having an on off relationship with drugs and alcohol, and eating both health food and indulgent fast food and fermented/canned foods at random. I don't eat processed cheese or transfats above 0.1% though that would be moronic.
I eat healthy (leafy greens, fish, fermented foods, tea, no processed food or sugar, very little alcohol) but just over the past few months my movements suddenly went from squeaky clean to fetid. What the hell's happening? It can't just be that I'm a few months shy of 30 can it?
Type 1. Not hard, but just seperate little balls. Dont think ive been eating enough, but still poop about half dozen little balls daily so is what it is.
Is the corn test still the best way to measure how quick your digestion process takes. Be nice to know how long it all takes so I can work out what foods cause which poops. I dont know if its 24hrs or 48hr turn around, I feel like my system is pretty slow though.

Ever since I went on Huberman's protocol for this I am at number 4. It really works.

I got a bidet, it no longer matters how healthy my poop is. Every time, my ass comes out 100% clean.
