              Because fries are fried. In Frying oil. Made of oil. Something so calorically dense and so unsatisfying that it more than doubles calories just by coating the fries and can trick you into eating entire buckets before realizing you went too far. Try overeating on plain potatoes, or ones mixed with egg. Damn near impossible

    For me personally eating carbs never lead to me gaining weight. Eating fat made me fat, or carbs in the form of sugar.

    insulin from carbs and excess protein = no fat loss
    stop being a sugar addict (all carbs are sugar and devoid of any nutritional value) and the fat will fly off with unlimited calories with no carbs and low-moderate protein to avoid insulin spikes

    I feel sick every time I do it and maintain the weight. Only fasting works for my zoomer brain. I still feel sick but it's guaranteed progress.
