Should I continue to cut

Already posted on here but I fricked up the post so here we go again
Went to a dietician yesterday and she measured me, first time I’ve been properly measured since HS (I’m 20 now )
So the measurements are
> 6 fit (183cm)
> 150 pounds (75 kg)
> 15% body fat
She told me I’ve basically starved my body and abused it and that if I want to gain muscle (I do) I need to eat more, so she wants me to start eating maintenance, which I have no problem with, I’m just not sure if this cut should end here and not in, say 3 months for now when I’m 5 kg lighter and have less body fat, as you can see I still have moobs and my stomach area isn’t a square , I’ve been on this cut for a year while doing cardio everyday and training 4 times a week and lost around 50 pounds during it

Pretty depressing that you've got down to 15% body fat, and a medical professional, no surprise a woman, is telling you that you've abused your body and starved it. But if I were you I wouldn't lose any more than 5 lb more, because of that point you'll be 6ft 145lb and I think, without checking, you'll be quite close to underweight according to the BMI.

Also it looks like God took out his trusty paintball gun when he created your nipples

I didn’t really starve it, it was more of a small decrease to healthy food intake plus intense cardio every day that will keep me in deficit so I can lose fat while still eating enough protein for muscle retention, I feel like I’m not done with this, like I’m close to the finish line and I’m stopping, idk
Also yeah my nipples are the biggest pepperonis in town lmao

I don't know. I have some loose skin and I am afraid I will look even worse if I decide to lose more fat, but at the same time I want to see what I look like with visible abs. I should probably just bite the bullet and go for it, see if its bad and if it is I can always bulk back to a higher bf

Also you can always gain muscle where the fat was stored

If you have loose skin you can't fix it no matter how much muscle you gain, sadly

That kinda makes sense, is there a good way to measure body fat at home?

No and there is no good way to measure it period. People will throw out dexa scan but dexa scan also has easily >4% error margin rate. Dexa scan has shown 0% and negative bodyfat percentages too.

I dont know when people will understand that the arbitrary number is meaningless. If you look like that and I tell you you are 5% bodyfat okay, do you believe it? Does that mean that you wont keep cutting/bulking whatever you were doing because now there is a number attached to it? Or if I say you are 30% bodyfat, will you now stop bulking even though you look like that because some arbitrary number was now attached to your physique?

Like it doesnt fricking matter. If you are dick skin shredded to the bone at "12%" bodyfat then 12% bodyfat is all you need. You dont need to drop to 8% or 10%. You got shredded at 12. It doesnt fricking mean anything, only thing that matters is what the mirror shows. If the mirror shows that you need to bulk, then you bulk., If the mirror shows you need to keep cutting, then you keep cutting.

75kg is 165lbs. Get a smarter helper person. Or just weigh yourself yourself.

If that's a pic of you you can probably comfortably bulk at 0.5kg/week for a while and gain muscle.

      0.5kg meaning gaining 0.5kg every week ? That’s a lot isn’t it ?
