Some advice. You see those machines in the middle? You know those ones that have the tv screens? Avoid them all. If there are not weights or pl8's on them, as a man, you have no business using them.
I have no issue training there. Most of the time I am drop setting machines. Focusing on ToT and reps to failure. Most of the people who talk shit about planet fitness would be more than adequate fulfilling their fitness needs in one.

For me, it's the location & hours. It's 2 minutes from my house and it's 24 hours. Most other gyms aren't 24 hours and cost more.
