    I committed that mistake as a beginner and hurt myself chasing 1/2/3/4. You can get big doing dumbbells, cables and calisthenics, and it's safer.

    Guessing you're not trying to squat 500 lbs or shit like that. PF is great for what it is.

    For me, it's the location & hours. It's 2 minutes from my house and it's 24 hours. Most other gyms aren't 24 hours and cost more.

      Lol hard to sneak a peak though. Even when you're not they assume youre trying to. I learned from experience to let them cry wolf for awhile and accuse everyone of looking at her so they get the reputation as the insecure gym girl and then help yourself.

    I wish someone told me starting out "Perfection is the enemy of the good." I stalled out so many times because I was being autistic about making sure I do exactly the right thing. biggest help to my fitness was just making sure i'm doing something every day if I cant make it through a routine at least I got up and did something

    Some advice. You see those machines in the middle? You know those ones that have the tv screens? Avoid them all. If there are not weights or pl8's on them, as a man, you have no business using them.

    I have no issue training there. Most of the time I am drop setting machines. Focusing on ToT and reps to failure. Most of the people who talk shit about planet fitness would be more than adequate fulfilling their fitness needs in one.
