30 yo, 14% bf. been cutting on and off for the past year and i've seen no difference. 500 kcal deficit with muay thai and gym, cant seem to lose anything. the hunger is making me absolutely miserable. should i just call it here and get lipo to pull off the last 2-3% of bodyfat?

- blow your nose and pick it with water
- crack a window
- get your hair out of your face (ponytail, headband, hair gel etc)
- drink black / green tea for caffene, add a little sugar if you can't stand the taste
- eat filling low cal food- rice cakes, oranges, eggs
- do one meal a day for breakfast, snack something low cal during the day
- excercise before bed- walk up/down stairs or whatever excercise you enjoy

hunger is caused by the acids in your stomach not having work, because your stomach is enlarged
there are butcheries that can remove parts of your stomach, killing hunger, but it can shrink naturally over time as well, and you don't have to deal with the downsides
if you don't deal with the root of the problem you'll need an operation every year to maintain
thinking about food and eating ends up causing your stomach to empty and your intestines to contract meaning you literally digest food quicker and get more hungry. Stop thinking about food you cow.

14% bf is already very good, like shirtless Hollywood actor tier. if thats not good enough you either need more muscle mass to look really good at that bf or you have severe body dysmorphia.
Either way, eat more protein and fiber, less carbs and fats, and lift to keep losing fat while maintaining muscle mass.

are you working out your core? maybe cable ab crunches? once you get to that bf that should be pretty good to see abs
yes working abs 2x per week, the top four i can see really well, its just the bottom pooch thats covering the rest.

If you're training while doing this and still can't lost anything then you need to continue to eat even less
i start to hate my life if i eat any less.
Then you have do to a shit ton of cardio. Fasting made this way easier for me. Your other option is to cycle ostarine but obviously that's another can of worms in itself... worked great for me though, got down to like 10% and ate around 1500kcal a day for 3 months.
why is laser/ lipo not an option?
Didn't say it wasn't but I'm not sure what baggage comes with that. I'd rather spend money on other cosmetic surgeries (if anything) because putting the fork down isn't really that hard if you're discipline.
Just sit around and play video games for a week without eating anything until dinner. How hard is that? If you don't move you don't get hungry and the video games distract you if you do.
