A "carnivore" diet is quite popular nowadays, although it is reccomended to eat some vegetables or supplements for certain vitamins etc. Also it's better to eat like this when you are young rather than in your late 30s, when your metabolism can handle it.

Bro, I have been eating butter the past year, I put soo much butter on my food because I was experimenting.

It’s definitely acidic though and made feel like crap.

I would use coconut oil for saturated fat, extra virgin olive oil with high polyphenol count -supermarket sells Tunidiam with 240+ count but you can get 800+ count for double the price (30 dollarish)

                Avocado
Nuts, seeds… Hemp oil is non comedogenic great for topical use

A1 beta-casein may also play a role in autism and schizophrenia. In fact, casomorphin is more damaging to the brain than the gliadorphin from gluten. Casomorphin’s drug-like effect explains why it worsens anxiety and mood disorders and causes cravings for dairy and sugar.

The inflammation from A1 beta-casein can cause lymphatic congestion, metabolic suppression, and weight gain. It can also worsen acne, eczema, upper respiratory infections, asthma, and allergies.

Finally, A1 beta-casein can stimulate mast cells in the gut and cause digestive problems and lactose intolerance. A2 milk is usually fine.

the oldest method for butter production ever found was found in Mesopotamia and is dated 6000 years old
this means that we've been eating butter for at least 6000 years. You really expect us to believe the problems that have been getting worst in our society in the past few decades are caused by food we've been eating for 6000 years? If you're gonna blame food for them, try blaming the food we've only started eating a few decades ago. Butter consumption has actually gone down over those decades, you don't even have a correlation on your side moron.

Do you see carnivore diet as a death cult?

          Anonymous

Do people on the carnivore diet die from malnutrition? We have evolved to eat meat, I like animals and I rather I not have to eat them, but if we were hebivores we'll have big guts like gorillas or cows and we'll have to eat all day long because it's not very efficient. I enjoy eating a variety of plant life and fungi because they are delicious, and cats eat grass too, but while I believe they are good supplements they aren't good fuel. Malnutrition takes decades to show up, and it show up across generations too, someone did an experiment with cats, third generation couldn't breed.

          Anonymous

It's a little bit extreme and one-sided, but no, it's not a death cult. My non-scientific approach to this is: Look at the people who strictly follow a certain diet for a couple of years. Do these people look like they just got out of Auschwitz? Do they look much older than they are? Do they have to take supplements because of deficiencies that they can't get rid of with their diet? If all of those questions are answered with no, it's not a death cult.

A diet should be diverse -- we can't just mix everything together and eat that every meal because different nutrients are inhibited by stuff in different foods. Iron uptake is inhibited by tea or coffee, milk, eggs. Antitoxidant in blueberries is inhibited by milk. That is not to say you should never have a blueberries smoothies, but that you should sometimes have blueberries alone, beef alone, mix and match different things. Different people also have different nutritional needs, and malnutrition will be a growing problem as more kids are raised by daycares.

You're right that a diverse diet is good, but it's very difficult to be deficient in vitamins if you live in the first world, you can pretty much eat whatever as long as it's not the same shit for every single meal everyday. Canola oil is one of our oldest food oil crop -- but people back then knew they couldn't feed too much of it to animals as it weaken heart muscles. Then there is the process of extraction, petro-by-product hexane as a solvent -- the use of hexane solvent, undisclosed, could be why you might have a bad reaction to non-virgin olive oil.

                Vegetarianism but not Veganism

                Veganism isn’t prevalent in India.

Israel is the Vegan hotspot. I could probably move there. My great grandmother has an unusual surname, only a thousand or two of them and they all seem to be congregating in Israel.

I would bot reccomend moving if you don't know any hebrew though, also because of the prices of basix goods amidst the war. I personally am neither vegan nor vegeterian, although I do find it appealing because of the various health benefits

A teacher in Israel was arrested by the IDF for protesting mistreatment of Palestinians, it's basically Russia with a higher cost of living, there were Ukrainian israelites who moved to Israel and then moved back to an active war zone because Israel is so expensive. You should find some place where there is a variety of vegetable option, especially shiitake mushrooms which is actually not a plant but it's got a little vitamin B12. Totally check out the asian supermarkets, T&T Supermarket, Gallerina, H-Mart, so many options in seaweeds, different tofus, so many mushrooms, enoki is delicious.

I just stuffed my face with spaghetti and meatballs at 2 in the morning because I pounded seven beers after work and went to sleep at 7.
It's just that I let the shampoo sit in my hair for a minute, let the conditioner sit for about ten minutes while I have a shower fap, and then I put some hair mask on the bottom third of my hair to protect the tips. If I'm gonna have long hair, I'm gonna have it looking good.

It’s too hard to do it correctly. It is literally a math problem to come up with everything you need each day so you can get the proper micro nutrients and combined full proteins. Humans do not have the digestive system to deal with this type of diet. Most of the benefits we see on vegans equates more to the fasting and low protein diet causing autophagy response.
This is political because it’s easy to manufacture a vegan diet based on processed foods. Literally Onions green.

      >When people like vegans die of malnutrition, what kind of specific malnutrition kills them?

      1. Not enough protein.
      2. Not the full range of aminos (vegetable proteins are deficient).
      3. Wrong kinds of fats. Too much of those.
      4. Too many carbs/sugars, in pre-diabetes at minimum.
      5. Most people in the western world get their dietary iodine from salt, they get less of it. They also don't eat seafood, can't get it that way either.

I find that I can eat as much beef steak I feel like eating and I won't overeat because I will feel full and stop -- with empty calories like sugar and carbs, people over eat because they don't feel full.

I also fine that my need for meat is higher when I'm stressed and in a polluted urban environment. Air pollution irritates females into earlier onset of puberty, more frequent menstruation in greater volume -- greater loss of iron and protein and therefore a greater need to replace it. If we really want a green planet we have to stop intense urbanization, in multi-unit residential buildings at least one person smoke, and use a lot of fragrances, and everybody else gets it too. We have to aim for houses instead of apartments -- by keeping our population down, we are PREDATORS and no ecosystem is suppose to support this much predators.

Veganism is associated with malnutrition and all the bad shit that comes with it. In all women there will be 107 boys born to 100 girls, in vegan women it's 86 boys to 100 girls which suggests that malnutrition causes male fetuses to die in a signicant amount.

Veganism is viable. Fruit only is not. You also need vegies, grains, seeds, and fungi for every essential vitamin.

You will never be a real poster. You have no flag, you have no bumps, you have no point. You are a shill ashamed of his location, twisted by memeflags into a crude mockery of geography’s perfection.

All the “bumps” you get are careless and accidental. In other threads people mock you. The mods laugh at your pitiful posts in private chat rooms.

Anons are utterly repulsed by you. Thousands of hours of shitposting have allowed anons to sniff out frauds with incredible efficiency. Even shills who “pass” just waste time and never reach bump limit. Your post structure is a dead giveaway. And even if you manage to get a drunk anon to reply to you, he’ll turn tail and bolt the second he gets a whiff of your 1pbtid, coombait shill thread.

You will never be happy. You wrench out a fake smile every single morning and tell yourself it’s going to be ok, but deep inside you feel the depression creeping up like a weed, ready to crush you under the unbearable weight.

Eventually it’ll be too much to bear - you’ll buy a rope, tie a noose, put it around your neck, and plunge into the cold abyss. Your parents will find you, heartbroken but relieved that they no longer have to live with the unbearable shame and disappointment. They’ll bury you with a headstone marked with your geographically determined location, and every passerby for the rest of eternity will know an Israeli is buried there. Your posts will go unbumped and slide into the archive, and all that will remain of your legacy is a series of 4plebs links.

This is your fate. This is what you chose. There is no turning back.

    All fields. israelite.

    >should veganism be considered a mental illness? its literally self harm

It's just one of many eating disorders. At least anorexics have a rational goal, even if they overshoot it crazily. Vegans are "some foods are magically bad, and if I eat them, I'm a bad person". Those foods also happen to be the best tasting, of course.

Fruit only is fine, bread is fruit, squash is fruit, melons are fruit, cherries are fruit, tomatoes are fruit, nuts are fruit, beans are fruit. She obviously didn't eat enough fruit.
