don't listen to him, showering at your gym is completely normal in america. if it was weird why would pretty much every gym have showers that get used regularly? even my work has shower rooms for people biking etc.

A planet fitness membership could actually allow you to be relatively comfortably homeless. Very clean showers, plus you can park in the parking lot all night cause they’re open 24 hours.

I found a dark quiet carpark near a big park area and was staying there. but then the local council ranger started parking next to my van late at the night shining highbeams and revving his engine just to make it unpleasant so I would leave lol

I saw some people who were long term homeless get kicked out and their membership canceled a bunch though because they'd show up in incredibly ratty clothes with their carts just to walk in, shower, and leave.
I'm glad I only had to do it for about a month because I think the managers were catching onto me.

I use them if I use the sauna. If I'm just sweaty from cardio I just dry off and put a different shirt on, then shower when I get home.
i catch the bus home afterwards so it's just courtesy
