      You're not eating as much as you think you do.

      sushi, fried chicken, soda, cookies, milk, shit like that and usually at least 2000 calories i think. rarely i'll go a day without eating but definitely not often enough to make a difference.

      Try drugs that increase your appetite. Weed works pretty well

          uh 2000 cals is barely maintenance for most adult males
          anyway, I'm in the same boat as you, there's nothing to do but stuff your gullet and drink smoothies until you are just about to throw up
          all day, every day, for months on end, it gets easier after a long while

          it was a huge struggle for about 4 months, then it got easier. I had nothing to do too I was a NEET, all I did was take in 4000cals a day and go gym thrice a week. Also after I got busy I lost the 10kg I gained in 6 months and now I have to do it all over again, but if you're Neet you're lucky it's your only chance.

          also like the other anons said you actually have to count not guess

          my maintenance is like 1600-1700 cals. anyways i do count but it's hard to not guess when i don't know the exact calorie amount for most foods.

            You're NOT eating enough, you're NOT counting your calories properly, and you're NOT trying. Who's to say you aren't lying about how much you eat like the fatasses on here.
            Two words: eat more. A few days of eating until you feel sick will stretch your stomach, trust me. Take appetite boosters, liquid calories, anything to help you gain weight.
