all day, every day, for months on end, it gets easier after a long while
it was a huge struggle for about 4 months, then it got easier. I had nothing to do too I was a NEET, all I did was take in 4000cals a day and go gym thrice a week. Also after I got busy I lost the 10kg I gained in 6 months and now I have to do it all over again, but if you're Neet you're lucky it's your only chance.

my maintenance is like 1600-1700 cals. anyways i do count but it's hard to not guess when i don't know the exact calorie amount for most foods.
