Skimmed milk?

Redpill me on skimmed vs full fat milk. My general assumption is that some level of nutrition is lost, but is this erroneous?

Yeah but there's no estrogen bc estrogen is fat soluble. The amount of estrogen in cows milk normally is insane bc cows are pregnant all the time to make them keep producing milk.

Esteogen also depends on how trusted the supplier is. There are groups/foundations where added hormones in cows are regulated. So you can get the best of both worlds, whole milk plus no estrogen.

I'm lucky enough to live in an area where cattle ranching is more viable than growing most crops and have a local dairy producer that checks for antibiotics and all kinds of shit like that. This way even normgroids don't have to buy organic grass fed macadamia finished fair trade sunny sun sol farm's dairy, even though most can if they want and their raw milk is God tier. They can just buy normal milk, no stress involved.

The other local dairy checks for nothing other than what ZOG requires, employs brown 80 IQ migrants exclusively for the only factory farms in the region and is still only slightly cheaper. Just dyor bros and make sure you're supporting people who deserve it. It makes all the difference in the world.

Both are fake trash if pasteurized. Raw milk is the only real milk.

Skimmed milk is a fricking scam. In many countries it's outright illegal to call it milk. It's an industrial waste product that results after extracting the cream to make other dairy products.
The whole "fat is bad" propaganda is immensely profitable to the food processing industry because it allows them to sell garbage like that, which otherwise could only be used as pig swill.
Same thing with whey protein powder. Hyper-processed industrial waste product marketed to morons. Contains no enzymes for proper digestion, and it will destroy your digestive system.

Actually you are wrong. Do you really think milk being heated to 50 degrees c for 10 seconds destroys the fat or the milk? Sure it's not good for most of the enzymes. But everyone has this wrong a out pasturizarion.

It is the homoginization process that destroys milk fat and quality of milk we buy from the store. Non-homoginized milk is as good as raw milk.

Same micros, only difference is the absence of fat.
Harvard, etc. recommend skim milk over whole because whole milk has a lot of saturated fat

    whole milk: 3.25% milk fat.
low fat milk: 1% milk fat.
skim: less than 0.5% milk fat.

skim milk has much better macro ratios, 1% is also acceptable, anything over that and it's too many calories.

Milk is about 50% cheaper than the cheapest whey concentrate, and it's approaching 75% cheaper than brands like ON

of course some nutrition is lost, namely the healthy saturated fat and the fat soluble vitamins. but the lack of fat also causes the insulin:glucagon ratio to skyrocket, which isn't good either. if you want a low calorie protein dairy food, go for whey powder or semi-skim quark/cottage cheese instead.

2% is where you want to be for optimal macros. Whole milk has too much fat. Skim milk has too little. You could drink nothing but 2% milk and have basically a perfect macro balance.
