you're probably getting likes because your face bones didn't grow properly to stretch your skin

90% of aging gracefully is genetics and bone structure

I have a hooded supraorbital ridge which means I literally have zero upper eyelid exposure. I also have positive canthal tilt and high zygomatic bones so I have no lower eyelid folds either. Other people will have 5 different wrinkles just in their eye area alone and they eyelids will sag and form wrinkles no matter how much tretinoin they rub into the area.

As you can see I've got good forward growth of my maxilla, which is precisely what has saved me from developing nasolabial folds which you're just starting to see forming on your own face (smile lines). What you're suffering from is the unavoidable effects of gravity and a lack of underlying bone structure pulling the skin taut. There's nothing you can do to stop the smile lines short of getting bimax and a face-lift.

Work out your temporalis, zygomatic major and minor muscles to reduce the impact of nasolabial folds appearance. You may not have ideal bone structure for perfectly graceful aging, but whatever your bones lack, you can make up for some of it with good muscle development. Look for Pao face exerciser.

I've just started using a derma roller, not sure if it's a meme or not yet but allegedly helps with collagen production.

It seems to have mixed results so not sure if some people aren't responsive to it but you're meant to use it along side some topical treatments (moisturizers).

I have began to develop mild rosacea due to alcohol abuse and I'm hoping it will help with this but early days yet only started this week.

Topical retinol, collagen supplement, and red light therapy mask. That's what I do at nearly 40, and most people think I'm 28.

      >muh genetics
You people have no clue what this means. Mostly genetics aren't genes = outcomes but genes = different means to different outcomes.

I've gotten a lot of compliments from women on my skin.

    >exfoliate 2-3 times a week in shower with loofa
    >daily moisturizer after shower
    >retinol 0.5% prescription 3 times a week
    >sunscreen whenever going out
    >limit sun exposure
    >hydrate

    all you need i think

Get off the fricking tretinoin holy shit. People still take that poison? I wouldn't recommend tretinoin to my worst enemy.

What you need is collagen peptides, vitamin c, and a healthy but not excessive amount of daily sun exposure and exercise.

explain why it's poison. it reduced my forhead lines to barely visible at 35 in little over a month with absolutely no sides at 0.1%, no irritation etc.. they weren't that bad in the first place, though, but my skin in general looks ten times better, no pores, red spots etc., even my faded acne scars basically stoped being visible even under bright lighting. if it weren't for my norwooding, I'd look better than in my mid twenties

It disrupts normal skin cell turnover rate. It's basically prednisone for your skin. You're accelerating your aging process by taking it.

I actually looked into it before starting with tret, but there's nothing indicating that accelerated skin turnover rate ages it. there are people using tretinoin since like 70s and look decades younger
