Skinny fat

How do I get rid of fat?
I'm 6ft 125lbs
I have tons of fat on my belly, arms, legs, neck, face... every where, really.
I see guys that have 40lbs on me that are ripped, no fat at all.
How can that be?
What do I need to do to fix it?
It's bizarre because you can see my bones (hips, ribs) but then there's lots of fat close to it and my abs are nowhere to be seen.

    You have no muscles
    Start working out and heavily increase your protein intake
    Atleast do it 3-4 times a week and check back in a year

        No. You need at least 100g protein per day. Eat eggs and beef or a whole roast chicken every day. Go for 5 meals with at least 30g of protein each and carbs of your choice. You have the weight of a female and you're 6 feet tall. Get your fricking weight up you little twink homosexual.

    you probably look like a cancer patient.
    drink like half a gallon of milk and a scoop of protien powder on top of whatever your eating and work out your large muscles for 6 months to get to at least 160 before worrying about fat
    im 6 ft and like 205 lbs, below 160 looks very bad and unhealthy for my height

      Other people with my same height and even more weight looked ripped without exercising... why can't this happen to me?

        Those people have more muscle mass. You need to build muscle mass. If you do, the fat will end up being a smaller percentage of your weight and you will look better. You are not over fat, you are under muscled.

    Assuming this isn't LARP (doubtful) then you have a serious eating disorder and need medical attention. If you actually are skinny fat it is only because your body has eaten away all of your muscle in an attempt to keep you alive.
