How do I fix this?
I'm 5'11 (180cm)
128 lbs (58kg)
and my body fat still is 25%
You can see my ribs, but there's tons of fat in my belly, arms, legs, face
What can/should I do?

        Do not cut at 128 lbs. That guy is moronic.

        Lift weights 3-5 times a week. Something basic like PPL or Arnold Split.

        Eat about 2000-2300 calories with 140 grams of protein a day.

        Maybe an hour of cardio a week, or go on walks, stuff to keep active.

        Do that for a year

          Should also add, don't dogmatically follow the 2000-2300 calorie intake. That is just a suggestion, I've never been such a low weight as you so I don't know how you will react to it.

          But use that number as a starting point, if after a month or two you are getting way too fat, then reduce calories slightly while lifting weights and eating high amounts of protein.

          You want to keep going up in weight while trying to avoid putting on too much fat. You already have enough fat. Some fat gain is inevitable. The idea is keep gaining weight slowly over time, while lifting weights, while keeping fat increase to a minimum.

          This looks to be to be the sanest advice. I'd probably stick to a slightly lower calorie intake so you can hover at 25% while gaining muscle quick. I'd honestly like to see how you look right now. I'm same BF but I'm at 103 kgs. You must have barely enough muscles to perform basic human functions if that's how you are...

    If you’re 128lbs and 25% bodyfat then you are carrying approx 32lbs of bodyfat. If you bulk and gain a lb a week for a year you would be at 180lb and if you lift throughout that I bet you wouldn’t really get much fatter in terms of %. So just do that.

    The real answer is that you have to literally exercise EVERY SINGLE DAY. Or at least two days on and one day off. You have to have a solid full-body weightlifting and cardio routine, track your macros and consistently eat at a caloric deficit. With weights you want to start slow with more reps and less weight and progressively increase your load. You also need to do a shit ton of pull-ups, sit ups, and mountain climbers so you can "target" the belly fat. It's really that hard. Sorry.

      Is this true? Everything I've read says you can't target where fat will be burned. Like, exercising the muscle around your belly won't make the fat at your belly go away any quicker than any other exercise.

    And I think I’m at around 21% bf and I used to be 330 lbs two years ago. I have loose skin and need a tummy tuck but I can’t imagine 5’11 128 lbs with 28% bf . My bmi is 24.7. I’ll post my body

            What the frick man, you just can’t win then… so I’m supposed to go chemo town even more so than I already have?? Ppl at work were already telling me I look sickly, ozempic accusations etc.. I thought my only way to make it without surgery is full on long term bulk lifting heavy and gaining muscle. But no?         Not sucking in but I am flexing my abs. Yes I’m 5’11. Thought I was 6ft for most of my life so the tragedy is real. I don’t go over 179 lbs because as a former FAT I’m ocd about being in the overweight category according to BMI. Anything past 179 lbs puts me at overweight

    According to a rennasaince periodization video, ppl at 20% body fat don’t have visible abs. This is why I hate having loose skin. I can never tell what my true bf% is. Im currently trying to finish a 2 month cut at right under 2200 calories per day with a 4000 calorie day on Saturday. Which leaves me losing 1lb of body fat per week. I just finished a 3 month lean bulk this fall. Went from avg 175lbs to 179 lbs. gonna drop back down to 175 lbs during this mini cut. Maintenance is around 2700 cals. I exercise a lot. (Calisthenics)

      Are you really 5’11? Your legs are skinny but besides that you don’t look that skinny or fat. Honestly your body fat is low enough I’d just do a normal bodybuilding type program on a healthy diet and it should take care of itself. One of the rare times I think the maingaining meme is actually appropriate since your so concerned about body fat but could stand to put on some weight

    whatever you do, dont bulk
    cut hard until you're lean
    keep protein high
    you could try psmf if you're dedicated
    or just moderately low cals like 1000
    then bulk
    maybe blast hard 1 gram plus as you bulk, to get a quick start
    if you get even more skinnyfat by bulking when you're not lean then the same people who told you to bulk will laugh at you and you will have no motivation and you will quit. remember, their goal is for you to have a nice day, which is probably appropriate for your height, you should stop going to the gym and just get gf since your height is good enough already

    Your number don't make sense. There is no way your BF is 25% at that height/weight. You would look like a anorexic cancer patient at that height/weight.

        Unfortunately I can grab a lot of fat around my body with my bare hands.
        Even my neck and my face are fat.
        I guess I just have extremely bad genes.
