In my late twenties I developed this weight on my abs, lower back, and sides, basically all the way around in the same spot.
I lift weights and dont really eat that much but its not goin away. I also have been running every week. Granted all this i only just started,

Literally anything is an improvement when you’re an untrained novice. Worrying about a 5% efficiency gain by quitting alcohol doesn’t really matter just yet when you’re starting out.
Here’s a basic plan for you.
>train full body with weights 3 x per week
>do some sort of cardio
>avoid overly processed food
>eat protein with every meal
>avoid sugary drinks/Treats during the weekdays.

Literally as much or as little as you like. The more effort you put in the more you get out but it comes with compromises of your free time.

Thanks bud. I’m cool with browns and libs. most of the confrontations I get into are with white crackheads tbh. I’ll return to the suburbs/acreage once I have kids but for now the city lifestyle keeps me stimulated and on my feet.
I think it’s good for most young people to try out living in a new city/location once in their life as a fresh start.

Consistency. Keep going to the gym. Get some protein powder, some creatine if you’re feeling frisky and make yourself go at least 3 times a week. You’re basically recompositioning your body from being low muscle skinny fat to having more muscle. Eat your maintenance and just keep working at it
