don't listen to that moron. don't cut bread, just eat at a calorie deficit, enter your shit on a TDEE calculator (be honest and state you are sedentary independent of your actual activity level unless you work a super physical job). once you have the figures for your deficit, just count calories. it's weird at first but you'll get used to it
also, just lift weights, you don't need to run every single day. if you lose too fast you'll end up with flabby skin

Skinnyfat is when your BMI is in the healthy range, but your muscle/fat ratio is bad. You're overweight AND poor fat/muscle ratio. You're better off than a skinnyfat dyel, because you can focus more on a high protein intake while lifting and cutting. You won't gain much muscle during your cut, but you should see plenty of strength gains and you'll look decent once you shed the fat. Eat CLEAN and cut SLOW; 500 kcal deficit from your maintenance (use a TDEE). Don't lose more than 5lbs per month.
