      That's literally what everyone is them is vying to get. All that tough talk and tough act is just one big "shit-test" that went out of control.

      Basically just go up to any one of them and tell her that if you beat her at arm wrestling she has to go on a date with you. Once you easily defeat her like 5 times with each hand tell her that you really admire her strength (lol of course you don't) and tell her to dress sexy because you're going to a high class venue.
      The venue (restaurant) can be mid -class, that's sufficient. After dinner take her dancing to a night club. "Dancing" will consist of holding her in your arms, deep french kissing, and spreading her butt cheeks while you make out. That's literally all they want.

    you have to train harder every time you workout, thus way your body was not sore which results in that your muscles do not get the command to grow and you are in a hell loop

    Maybe try losing weight and start eating more again and NOW you workout very very hard until you cannot lift a single shit anymore, at this point you achieved your workout's goal and now next time you take heavier weights

    Also you may want to try an elimination diet, if you find bulking difficult to do. You may have an allergy or there may be a certain kind of food that is having a disproportional affect on your body. For me it was bread. I cut bread out and my bulk suddenly was working.
    Ive heard cutting red meat, beans, rice, protein shakes, potatoes and all sorts of things have helped people.
    Not that I would advocate cutting all of these all at once but theres a slim chance that any of these could be something holding you back
    Or maybe you just stuff your face like a fatass.

    you either don't train hard enough (that can mean you don't go close enough to failure or you don't train with enough volume aka amount of hard sets). or you have absolutely terrible genetics. there are a few recorded cases in studies where a few test subjects gain literally 0 muscle mass or even lose muscle mass after starting weight training, despite seemingly having adequate diet and training.
