Anyone here ever used Oskar Faarkrogs advice? He claims that bodyweight exercises are much better than barbell lifting, even with progression when lifting for aesthetics, especially for men with low T.

          If you have low T squat and deadlift to build that shit up. And barbell lift AND do calisthenics. That's what I do, a mix of both. It's not one or the other, unless you're a moronic homosexual like Fartfrogz

    If you have low T squat and deadlift to build that shit up. And barbell lift AND do calisthenics. That's what I do, a mix of both. It's not one or the other, unless you're a moronic homosexual like Fartfrogz
