i guess if we are talking obese by medical standards, but i looked the same and had to drop 40-50lbs to have hard, good looking physique, vascularity etc. not even talking about six-pack abs, but to look like an athlete.

Its incredibly easy to stop being skinny fat. Cut to lose the flat. If you're lifting for 2 years and still in terrible shape its because you're dumb. Flat out. You're not training right, not eating right, not resting enough. You can change your whole situation around inside of a few months.

Should mention I am 195cm and went 110->79kg. Your case probably isn't that bad given the weight and height, but you can still expect that you will need to go down to like 60, maybe 55kg before your ab outlines start to show if you look like that pic.
To lose weight, be in caloric deficit. Doing regular cardio helps keep TDEE somewhat above BMR and makes dieting easier. Lifting weights is necessary so you don't lose muscle. Eat enough protein (aim for 2.2/kg of lean body mass, so about 100-110g for you). Don't eat foods that just make you hungrier like mcdonalds or candy, but you don't necessarily have to go chicken and broccoli only either. Just don't be moronic.
