It's because for years you only slept 4-5 hours a night moron. I'm nearly 30 and still have the same energy as when I was 20 because I took care of my body

Same, since my early 20s I got 6 hours and couldn’t sleep longer but now in my late 20s I get 10 hours and refuse to get up until I will be late

Growth phase is up to 25, aging is around 30.
If you did it before 25 you limited your growth. If you do it after 30 you are shortening your life.
You are just in that sweet spot, where you cannot feel the negatives clearly enough

Oversleeping is actually counterproductive. If you constantly sleep 12 hours something is probably wrong

since this is kinda a sleep thread. Do i kill my gains with 6 hours of sleep only? Yes i do feel like kinda shit but i don't workout everyday so i don't really stress my body unless im in my gym but i have severe anxiety issues (panic attacks etc) and i can't sleep more than 6.

    Thoughtsw?

yeah, your muscles may not be sore but you need to sleep so you can rest your hearts, mind, joints and recover hormone levels (which is why those who didn't have stable sleeping schedules/sleep little when young end up with small height gainz). In effect you mess your metabolism, hormone levels, performance in the gym or work. Also avoid exercising after 10 pm cause by that time your heart and body naturally begin to slow down(entering sleep mode).

Make sure you're consuming enough iodine. You should be either taking a multivitamin, or eating iodized salt

Thyroid problem. Get your levels checked. Also possibly low histamine.

You start to not notice it if you sleep poorly for a long time. For me, my joints, eyes, and even teeth would ache constantly. My heart also didn't feel right, exercising felt like I was on the verge of dying but just chalked it up to bad cardio. You also get extreme mood swings due to hormone levels collapsing.
I've held a rigorous regimen for two weeks now and it's nice to not feel like a 60 year old

Whether you sleep 5 hours or 12 hours, what matters is the sleep schedule. Sleep 1 hour before or 1 hour after regular sleeping time will significantly reduce cognitive abilities and also how refreshed you feel.
ALL studies show this, stop making these sleep threads.

    >Hit mid 30’s
    >Slowly just can’t run anymore
    >Got prescribed trt protocol.
    >Even more tired
    >Have to give up running to walk+spin bike
    >red blood count surges so that I HAVE to donate the exact week I’m able to give again
    >Lifts initially go up before crashing despite the added T and HCG
    >year later primary adds phentermine and 120 thyroid
    >Even less energy
    >Short term memory goes to shit
    >Can barely lift 5 gallon jugs comfortably
    >Add cpap this year
    >Brain feels a little better in the morning
    >Need 2-3 hour naps by 11am (days off, work is just suck it up buttercup. Have fallen asleep at my desk multiple times. Haven’t been written up yet, hopefully I’ve only caught myself.)
    >still can’t run
    >Spin bike now also kills me
    >Haven’t intentionally lifted in months
    >just walk around the yard with dogs and carry 5 gallon jugs once a week when going to the store for refills
    >skinny with pot gut despite no beer and light carbs
    >Fear liver damage from meds on top of whatever else the doctors have been missing for 5+ years now
    >All tests come back fine aside from elevated test/blood count from trt protocol. Even the sleep test was barely over the line to try sleep therapy.
I’m ready to move to Canada just so their doctor will prescribe MAID. Be a whole hell of a lot faster than this slow experimental death I’ve got going on now.

      what is "all tests"
have you really gotten tested for EVERYTHING that might be causing this?
      iron, b12, thyroid, d3, etc?

        Anonymous

Yes, my doc runs my blood for different things every couple of months. When donating blood, the organization screens it to make sure it is fit to give to other people. I recently had an echocardiogram that says my heart is fine. The only thing not run is an mri to scan for masses or a colonoscopy, which will likely be coming up anyway because the 40 isn’t far off.

      >going to the pajeet infested shithole for MAID instead of buying the comfy swiss pod
but before that, there are tons of things you could try. like fasting. dont eat past 2pm, see what that does. limit histamine. vyvanse/adderal, see if that brings energy back. and if everything fails, just do HGH.

        Anonymous

I figure Canada handles it where as the Swiss are israelites who make you take up the last bill. Granted, I could have Master Card take the hit for me on the pod. What are they gonna do, throw my corpse in debtors prison? I take a few different supplements while trying to keep my diet balanced. General mutli, dedicated b-complex and nutritional yeast, dim, fish oil, red yeast rice, pyguem for prostate, ashwa at night before bed, d3/k2 on top of sun, korean ginger, liver support multi. Try and keep yogurt on hand to keep probiotics in. I don’t know man, I just know I’m still too young to be dragging this hard. I am not youthful by any means, but hell I feel like I’m 93.

    Most likely:
    Thyroid issues. Get tested
To much zinc that pushes out copper. You need to supplement copper
Not enough b vitamins, especially b12.
Are you pale? Are your fingers cold? Any numbness or pinching in fingers? -if yes, you are anemic and need copper and b12.
Are you taking any antiaxids? No fermented foods coupled with goyslop? Gut issues? If yes, you need b vitamins for a few weeks. Especially b12.
