    How fried is your brain that you need all this shit just to sleep? Get rid of distractions about an hour before you go to bed, lie down, and you'll be asleep in no time. Also this is a fitness board, aren't you people working out? If you're not tired by the end of the day after you've gone to the gym then that's a good sign you're not exerting yourself enough.

    Honestly being up and about doing stuff all day is best way for me to sleep well.
    I'm spent most of the day today mowing the lawn and landscaping and anons I got to tell you, I'm gonna sleep like a baby tonight.

    I work out and do cardio everyday, have a mentally and physically fulfilling life with a loving girlfriend and a group of friends who'd kill for eachother, a neighborhood of all white people who hate Black folk and don't trust outsiders helps me sleep for sure try not being an incel who needs shit to do what humans did for millions of years prior

    Unironically not jerking off. No fricking idea why. It makes sleeping a nightmare for like the first week but after that I fall asleep faster and wake up less. Seriously have no idea why. Better than magnesium, melatonin, any of that shit.

    have had insomnia most of my life
    weed lets me sleep without disruptions and I don't even have to take anything else with

        What if I consume extra vitamins to make up for the leeching effect of the alcohol? Also I drink a bottle of wine in 2-3 hours, 75cl of fluid in that time period doesn't dehydrate, it's adequate fluid intake for that time period.

          you should take extra vitamins when you drink, good bcomplex,zinc,magnesium...but then you are just trying to keep up you aren't really thriving ...and no we aren't living in medieval times and your wine isn't half water so it is dehydrating...especially as an athlete that needs to be drinking 6-8 liters water a day
