Go to bed at the same time every day, and stop drinking water and eating food at least 2 hours before bed. Wake up at the same time too.
Pick up some melatonin to help, but don't use it for more than a couple days.
>dude just go to bed and wake up at the same time every day
Sounds easy enough *spends 4 hours in bed trying to fall asleep, wakes up feeling like shit, snoozes during the next day, can't fall asleep, etc. [total: an entire week lost feeling like shit, nothing gained]*
Did you read the rest of his post? You probably eat right before bed, or drink coffee after 3pm, or use your phone in bed, or don’t do any stretches before sleeping.
Turn your screens off two hours before you plan on going to sleep. When you lie down, make your sleeping area PITCH BLACK. Invest in stone black out curtains, tape over any led lights that may be running (router, wifi) and turn the heat off.
Those things have helped me.
>10mg melatonin
too much, bro. don't take those giga moron high amounts that they sell, they're actually worse for your sleep than a smaller dosage and will make you feel more sluggish the next day. 0.3mg is the ideal.
I've never had a good nights sleep. People say they feel refreshed when they wake up. I always wake up sluggish even when I go to sleep early. What's wrong with me?
Cardio, and sneaking in exercise as much as possible. Do burpees until you are absolutely drenched in sweat, every day. Do dips on the counter while your pasta cooks. Do planks during commercials. If you're trying to build strength do this in addition to your compounds. I'd also recommend doing loaded carries, and some low weight high rep stuff. OHP 10 kg AMRAP, stuff like that. Just exhaust yourself in a literal sense. 2 minutes of cold showers after you get clean too
ive had sleeping problems all my life, and this works for me.
got rid of social media
i spend at least an hour just sitting chilling with chill music while reading a book or just watching shit on youtube
meditation, actually it works to learn to control your mind. To turn it down, not to go up in space and all kind of shit going on. To accept the silence and not to panic.
a good bed/place to sleep, probably the thing that does most, I spent 2000€ ok my bed and mattress in order to sleep well. and I've spent €€ on beds and shit all my life and I just wake up in back pain or can't sleep for shit. And for some reason I start falling asleep on the couch, and every time I had pain in my back i moved to the couch and frick sake it have saved my life. I sleep here every day perfectly and have done it for 2 years now.
also working out and being active helps a lot.
point here is that all things you do over the day affects how you sleep, if you are stressed out, just haven't spent enough energy to be tried and so on. You have to try it all before you find something.

But what if I'm thirsty?
then you will wake up in the middle of the night to go piss and disrupt your sleep cycle

>sleep on your side or stomach

I simply sleep until I wake up
Chew some valerian root and get more exercise

3 iu of HGH doesn't hurt.
>Make the room cold
>Blackout curtains
>White noise machine
>Don’t use electronics
For me I crack open a cold white sip monster and drink it around 30 minutes before I want to sleep then I pass out. Caffeine makes me schleepy
