Pretty strong, OP; because of your morphology, you'll have a marked advantage over other people in different lifts, but not-so-impressive numbers in others

Right, I assume it's a huge disadvantage in fighting? I'm going to start training kickboxing eventually (after I bulk a bit).

despite what blackpillers say here, i believe you can get thicker wrists just with regular lifting and weight gain
      >t. went from around 6 inch wrists to 7.5

Yes, I know this happens. I'm 5'9 and weight 132.277. Have a small frame but decently wide shoulders. Just gotta put some mass on me.

I don't really know about fighting; it's almost always an advantage to have reach and height over your opponent, but there are plenty of examples where skill and training easily compensate for a lack of either (see vid)

the only to make your wrists bigger is to gain fat, period. Muscle wont do it.

Your bones get bigger, you had tendons.
        Its not a 3months workout but a 3 years

    >WRISTMAXXING THEORY
    >Any bone can change its size by pressure. Especially it can be observed in fat people, if they lose fat, their wrists probably would be around average, at same time ankles would be bigger than average, they have to become bigger to carry on weight.

    >The same goes with wrists, but a little bit different. There are 2 types of tissue you can increase in them. 1st is the increasing whole radius and ulna bones, in result wrists will become thicker. And 2nd is increasing the size of tissue(mostly tendons and a little bit of muscle) around the wrists. That's actually the reason why wrist size is not 100% reliable frame measurement.
    >REALITY IF YOU DONT ROID
    >Here comes the blackpill part, the thicker your wrists in the first place, the faster you will see results and you'll get more results.
    >The same goes with insertions, someone with great insertions will see a fast increase in tendons and some amount of muscle around the wrist.
    >But don't be upset, you still will be able to make great progress even with small wrists.

    >Increasing tendons
    >THE KING of tendons straightening is static exercises, there is a ton of them and they are very tough to do, you can google them easily, I have a complex program of straightening tendons 2-3 times a week, might make a thread about it if you guys want.
    >The foundation is basic holds on the bar, holds on the rope, carrying weights in static positions, etc.

Based effort poster. Strong tendons are underrated as frick. I’m a wrestler and I’ve seen lives ruined by weak tendons.

Here comes the very long and boring part, the bone thickening process is very long.

Tendons exercises will increase bone by themselves but there is not much pressure. Ideally, you need to stress your wrists daily, with some sort of exercise.

CAUTION! DONT BE FRICKING DUMBASS AND OVERDO THIS SHIT, IT MIGHT RESULT IN INJURY

Start with very low amount of time per day to straighten your forearm and wrist area, like 5-10 minutes with a rest.

Yeah I think I know what I'm doing when it comes to diet and supplements. Bone can grow and get super dense. I've autistically researched it but am always open to learning more.

Yeah but to hit hard not only do you need muscle but having strong bonds and large hands is a big advantage I believe.

                >Those physically wanting - generally not many among this plain and hearty people - were exempt. Small stature was not a grave objection. The burly Gauls laughed at the little Romans until they got to close quarters with them. The height was usually from five feet to five feet three inches. Men exceeding this height were not considered strong. Men under five feet were sooner accepted. Any disablement of hand or foot which rendered the man unable to wield his weapons, any weakness of sight or hearing, or any clear physical defect exempted. The following was the man wanted, according to Vegetius, and a pretty good man he was, though the description belongs to a later period. "The recruit must have sharp eyes, a head carried erect, broad breast, stout shoulders, big fists, long hands, not a big belly, of well proportioned growth, feet and soles less fleshy than muscular. If he has all this, no stress need be laid on the height, for it is far more important that the soldier should be strongly built than tall.”

Why would you want thicker wrists? Everyone calls me when they drop a bolt into an engine bay and they can’t reach it. My nickname is Honda hands.

I do this for my boyfriend when he is working on his car.

His dick is also thicker than my wrists, so I don't think "honda hands" is a compliment.

7.5 inches for me and I wouldn't say my wrists are big. How the frick do you get 6.25 inch wrists jesus christ

      Anonymous

6.75 here internet says it's average.
also, I don't think most of the armwrestlers were born with massive hands or wrists, they just train the shit out of them.
I am just happy my forearms grew and I can train them and make gains.
Small wrist was bad, but the really small forearms were WAY worse IMO.
