1rms-2rms should be hit rarely anyways, and the beginning bb part I like to go between like 4-8 then do 6-12 or so later on to really necessitate a rest day and big eating. I mean then you can actually do sets of narrow vs wide underhand etc for bench military press row pull-ups whatever needs work. For legs if you're putting on frickin 10lbs a week you should be spreading your shir out so you hit 20lb prs every 2 weeks if that's how you're doing it. Any competitive powerlifting program has you going so hard you can't hit your 1rm more than 2 weeks into the program.
