So i know we all hate seed oils and pufa or whatever - but are there actual studies done on this topic which prove this claim? It seems like the scientific evidence for this claim is rather limited if not even present at all.
Cheers.

Ya they're good for you. Same with sugars, particularly fructose.
lol. you still have so much to learn about the way the world works.
I'll ask this. who owns the scientific journals where studies are published? who funds these studies? who funds the funders?
good luck!
>the israelites don't want you to eat a primal diet of raw eggs and foraged berries from the side of the road
still so young and naive. you haven't even developed your basic reading skills yet.
>who funds these studies? who funds the funders
Taxpayers
>xhe thinks taxes fund the government
xdd
>things nobody said
seed oils proven in clinical trials to increase cancer and all cause mortality
No they haven't
we are mostly just pretending to be moronic here, but you are the real deal
Haha, you're probably right, but seed oils haven't been shown to increase cancer or all-cause mortality
yes they have
Nope, and even if they did the science is fake anyway (someone had to fund the research which makes it fake) so why would I trust it amirite
even if they didnt. Researchers agree with those funding them, and it takes decades for such a reseatch to come out (like with asbestos). Look at the production process of seed oils and ask yourself if that can be healthy. Stay with olive oil, butter and lard. You dont need anything else bro
Sure, but cow shit is gross and I still like steak
My gramps has been using sunflower oil for cooking exclusively for decades and he's 90 or something
You can witness exactly what it does. Don't ingest a single speck of it for a week and then eat 500 calories worth and see how healthy you feel.
It is really the only new-new thing in the modern diet. Sugar and saturated fat have been part of our diet forever, 10,000 years and only a handful of people were ever obese. Throw in PUFA and suddenly every other person is obese. Suddenly heart disease is the leading cause of death. If you don't want to look into it with an open mind and a skeptical intuition, you can find endless industry shills to assuage your fear. If you look at incontrivertable facts and the reported outcomes on a society level, there is really no other viable culprit.
so what was the leading cause of death in the 60s and before?
Diet wise? Probably lead or contaminant related cancer
Ancient Egyptians were morbidly obese and they had bread.
No they weren't. You probably saw that some royal family members were fat, you really really can't compare some random anecdote about some ultra wealthy person being 300 lbs or something to the absolute catastrophe going on now.
Bread is also bad btw
Slavs have been using sunflower oil for hundreds of years because of Orthodox fasting rules
And how has that gone for them?
pufa is garbage but sunflower oil can come with up to 90% mufa (it has to be high oleic).
Anyway, you can't escape this poison because our mitochondria make their membranes with it. The only salvation is d-PUFA (
Retrotope) which is made of deuterium instead of protium. But this will takes decades.
