My oddly shaped torso. For some reason it's not flattening out like I thought it would lol.

It's strange going from a 54 to a 34. I feel lighter. My ass no longer makes the mattress touch the floor. Even if I bounce unless I try hard it doesnt touch the floor.
I've noticed my bones hurt. I get cold all the fricking time. But I'm legitimately happy.
I don't look bad but I look funny without a shirt on. Anything that hugs me shows the loose skin. I'm going to have it surgically removed in August.
Let's see if it works. Looks upside down posting this.

Rofl no I'm american. Just use an iPhone. It's my only camera. There's so much American "food" that's not really food. And they give you WAY too much of it at restaurants. I never realized how much I ate until I started to take my health seriously. I'd say on average we could cut what we're feeding to people by 60-70% and we could all still eat healthy portion sizes. It would require less meat, reducing global warming because we would need less cows. The issue isn't eating meat or being vegan, it's that we just eat way too much food.

Other things I've noticed
Skinnier face
My rib cage aches (i guess this is normal and will subside in a few years)
My dick is bigger. By like a lot.
Women aren't repulsed by me. They seemingly want to be around me.
Some people seem to hate me now. They try feeding me saying that I look sick or ugly now. It's strange.
Others look and notice and congratulate me saying just how great I look. That I don't even look like the same person.
I can breathe so much better it's not even funny.
I asked for a girls phone number and she was tripping over her words trying to give it to me blushing. It was like aw! <3 and shes super skinny.
Fat chics hit on me constantly. It's kind of fun but it gets old.
Caloric deficit. It was only hard at first. Once I got used to it, it was fine. After a while my mind just accepted that hunger feeling as normal and I began to be able to ignore it.
Now I only put good fuel foods into my body.
I do basic workouts. Situps. Pushups. Planks. Jumping jacks. Can't run in the winter. Hurts to breathe the cold so I simply don't. Not being able to run has slowed the weightloss down a bit but that could also be due to me not having much left to lose.
Chicken, green veggies, salt potatoes, brown or black rice
Cut all sugar. Sugar is poison. Your body and brain prefers to run on ketones. Sugar molecules look like ketones so your body will try using them. It's not perfect so it gets confused and doesnt know what to do with them so it stores them in your cells. Unable to break down, it gets stored in fat cells.
Take a multivitamin every day.
Rinse and repeat.
Are you willing to just post a full body pic in underwear? I'm at a similar weight and would like too see how bad the loose skin is. Also tell us your height/age, please
But if you're above 300lbs, losing the weight is the best thing I ever did. I can't stress enough how great I feel. I just tell women "i don't take my shirt off, I lost a ton of weight and I look strange." If they ask to see I show them. Had a few get the ick. Most women aren't all that bothered by it. >at least you didn't stay obese. Plastic surgery can fix that no problem.
I see. I'm definitely going through with the weight loss, just been dreading the skin issues; yours actually doesn't look that bad though. Thanks for posting.
The surgery is affordable too. My surgeon quoted me $8000. At $800 a month I'll have it paid off by August. Then once they have the quoted amount they'll do the surgery. If there's any extra, you'll pay the difference after the fact after you've healed up. I just put money away I would normally spend on junk food and other stuff I don't need like video games. Things that were keeping me fat goes into an escrow account for the surgery. It's an investment into me rather than into the junk that was killing me.
