>so front squat doesnt work your ass?
nope, fornt squats just make sure u will never stand straight, ever, u r not racking the bar without thoracic flexion and protracting shoulders, and once u do u're working against deep tonic muscles in spine to stay like this forevah
where is calf thread bot - i wanted to congratulate u for fixing my technique - it's not straight leg after all 😀
thx for compliment bot
if u're not calling me names i'm doing sth wrong, and since the truth is the opposite of what u say ... well, i'm blushing a little
please leave IST forever
but i like it here, there are always new things to learn from u bot, figuring what are u actually trying to frick me up with particular thread points to wealth of knowledge - keep on keeping bottot
I've been getting into front squats lately because I think they look cool, and for the second time in about a month, I seem to have tweaked something in my hip/low back. In neither case did I feel anything acutely during the workout, but later in the night/when getting into bed, I started feeling a nagging pain that isn't DOMS. It is really mild pain that is mitigated with a heating pad and a few days of rest, but I feel I must be doing something wrong. Does anyone have any experience with this/suggestions? The pain isn't typical lower back pain, so I don't think it is from rounding -- it is isolated to the left side, which is why I think it might be a hip issue. Anyone have any input?
I would work her ass

she's standing so narrow and pushing hips back so much that she's in danger of spraining ankle or knee xD zero mobility
Ask me how I know you can't squat anything above 2plates
you can't squat at all bottot, the person u're pretending to be also can't squat:
Kys pajeet, try learning English before posting here you subhuman dyel.
You can't use that form when squatting with a heavy barbell on your back. You would know that if you could actually get into that position.
How did she switch the weight over? I think a step is missing
Looks like 25lb bumpers on a girlie-bar, so 85lbs? Not too shabby for a chick.
blonde fit milfs are literally designed to make me hard
that man's knee is perfectly placed to bait me into expanding the thumbnail

Front squats are much more quad dominant.

Stretch your quads, hip flexors, IT bands, lats, and glutes. Should go away
Do you mean stretch before or after front squatting, or just stretch more in general? Thanks bro.
All of the above
Before is good and then before you go to bed, just more stretching in general
For sure, thanks. I have a pretty nice foam roller that I should start using more, so I will give this a try.
Do bulgarian split squats for assmaxxing
nah mostly quads
